Overall, the cabin was nice and spacious, though there were a few small things that made the stay a bit less pleasant. Nothing that ruined the trip, but some inconvenience. The water cooler didn't have a tank of water, there was no sponge to wash dishes, the power cable to wifi had to be precariously set at a certain angle to stay on, a couple things broke in the master bedroom (curtain rod fell off, the chain of the light broke off, decor fell off the wall)but they were easy fixes. They had lots of gear to use in the shed, which was very nice of them, however a lot of it was very dirty (especially the kayaks), but if you don't mind taking time to wipe things down, it's not that big of a deal. My biggest let down was the location, the pictures make the property look a bit bigger and private than they really are. Though the neighbors were kind, the dock for you to use for lake access was in someone else's backyard which did make things feel a bit awkward. The surrounding property on the way in is also full of old junk, which was surprising and unsightly, especially when you're trying enjoy nature, but I'm assuming the cabin owners have no control over that and their property itself was very clean and put together. Despite the small hiccups, we did thoroughly enjoy our time and the owner was very responsive to the messages I sent, so their communication gets an A. There is also no service, so make sure you write down the lock box code and get the wifi login before you arrive :)
