Guest Access:

Important Information for Your Stay



If you book after 9:00 p.m. the day before your arrival or on the same day of check-in, your apartment will be ready from 6:00 p.m. onwards. Thank you for your understanding.



To ensure a smooth arrival, please send us the full names of all guests and your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. This is required by the condominium; otherwise, access may be restricted, and we won’t be able to intervene.



Check-in is done at the security booth. Before your arrival, we’ll share your access code for the electronic gate along with all necessary instructions.

Our staff can welcome you between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, just let us know in advance so we can assist you.



Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Kindly remember to turn off the AC before leaving and notify your host once you’ve checked out.



The Neighborhood:

Set along the Mexican Pacific, the area offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and tranquility. With a warm tropical climate, expansive beaches along Banderas Bay, and breathtaking sunsets, it creates an ideal setting for a refined and relaxing escape.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car to easily explore the area, though Uber is also a convenient option for getting around and visiting nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. If you prefer a more personalized experience, we’re happy to recommend trusted transportation services as well as places to visit during your stay.

• Please provide the full names of all guests and your estimated arrival time in advance.

• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests (including children and infants).

• No visitors or extra guests allowed.

• Pets are not allowed.



• Check-in and check-out times must be respected.

• Cleaning fee covers before and after your stay only (no daily cleaning included).

• Linens are not changed during your stay.



• Please do not throw any paper in the toilet. Trash bags are provided.

• Basic amenities are provided for initial use only. Kitchen utensils are tools, not supplies.

Cooking items such as oil, salt, and pepper are currently not provided, even if they may appear in the listing. We appreciate your understanding.



• Occasional insects may appear due to the tropical environment; fumigation is done regularly, and additional service can be arranged if needed.



• Parking and common areas (such as BBQ) are subject to availability. BBQ requires 24-hour prior reservation.



• Electricity usage is monitored; the included amount will be shared after booking. Extra consumption has an additional cost.



• We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

• Possible daytime noise due to nearby construction.
