The Space:

The Pacific finds its rhythm here - rolling in steadily along Banderas Bay while you settle into a pace that's entirely your own. Mornings open up with soft coastal light filtering through the balcony, the faint sound of surf carrying across the gardens below. By afternoon, you're choosing between the pool and the shoreline. By evening, warm air and the distant ocean set the tone for the kind of rest that actually restores you.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests across 2 beds, dressed with fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades for deep, uninterrupted sleep. Hangers, clothing storage, and a safe keep things organized and secure. A mosquito net adds a welcome layer of comfort on warm coastal nights. Families with young children will find this space genuinely prepared - a crib, Pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, baby bath, changing table, window guards, children's books and toys, children's dinnerware, children's bikes, and board games are all available.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is set up for real cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine glasses, dishes and silverware, barbecue utensils, and cooking basics are all on hand. Please note that oil, salt and pepper are not currently provided in this unit. When the coastal air calls, take the meal outside to the outdoor dining area, or fire up the BBQ grill for a relaxed evening at home.

 

Bathroom

The private bathroom is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hot water, and cleaning products - everything you need to rinse off after a long day on the sand or by the pool.

 

Outdoor living

Beach access brings the shoreline within easy reach, and a full set of beach essentials - towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - means you can head straight to the water without a second thought. Back at the complex, the pool, sun loungers, hammock, and outdoor furniture invite you to slow down and linger. Bikes and a kayak are available when you're ready to explore further along the coast. A backyard, outdoor dining area, and BBQ grill round out the outdoor space. Resort access lets you take advantage of nearby shared facilities as well.

 

Comfort & connectivity

Air conditioning and heating keep the condo comfortable through every season. Wifi and a TV are available for whenever you need them. A smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher are in place throughout the unit. Self check-in via keypad means you arrive on your own schedule - no coordination required. Luggage drop-off is available for guests with early arrivals or late departures, and long-term stays are welcome.

 

Parking

Parking is subject to availability. This unit does not have a dedicated space within the building, but a parking space nearby can be arranged - both free garage and free street parking options are available in the area.

Situated within the Aria Ocean complex along Banderas Bay, this condo places you directly on Nuevo Vallarta's coastline - one of the Riviera Nayarit's most accessible and sun-drenched stretches of Pacific shoreline. Warm temperatures, miles of beach, and easy access to local dining and water activities make this a natural base for exploring everything the area has to offer.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps. -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay. -The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 * dlls extra per person per night. -The accommodation has a capacity of __5__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies. -No guests allowed -Pets are not allowed -No change of linens during your stay. -The amenities provided are for a single night's sustenance. -Basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies. -The barbecue is under availability, reserving 24 hours in advance. -Parking is subject to availability -We are a company that is committed to the environment, we appreciate your support with a conscious use of electricity consumption. -The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium are not under the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. -It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day. -Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. -Electricity consumption Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
