Sleeping arrangements

The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, with 2 bathrooms shared between them. Each bedroom is set up for genuine rest - room-darkening shades block out early light, bed linens are provided, and clothing storage keeps things tidy throughout your stay. Whether you're travelling as a couple, with a friend, or coordinating different schedules, the layout gives everyone their own space to land.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully outfitted for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper sit-down dinner. You'll find a stove, oven, refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave, and cooking basics already in place. A coffee maker and blender cover morning routines, and wine glasses are on hand for evenings in. Pull up a chair at the dining table and eat at your own pace - no reservations required.



Living & workspace

The single-level layout makes the apartment easy to move around in. A TV is set up for downtime, and a dedicated workspace means you can get things done without hunting for a flat surface. Bathrooms

Both bathrooms are equipped with hot water and include hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Towels and toilet paper are provided, so you can arrive without having to stock up first.



Arrival & access

Check-in is fully self-managed via keypad - no need to coordinate arrival times or wait for anyone. A private entrance gives you direct, independent access to the apartment from the moment you arrive.

The apartment is positioned with strong access to some of Guadalajara's most active streets. Colonia Americana is close by, known for its concentration of restaurants, cafes, bars, and cultural spaces that draw both locals and visitors. Public transportation, taxis, Uber, and DiDi are all readily available, and major avenues nearby make it simple to reach other parts of the city - whether you're heading to Tlaquepaque, the historic centre, or anywhere in between.

1. Mandatory garbage disposal:

All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells.

It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles.



2. Garbage Disposal Requirements:

Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double.

Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1.



3. Liability for damage:

Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.
