This single-level residence near Glorieta Minerva offers six guests a calm, well-equipped home to return to after long days spent exploring one of Mexico's most culturally rich cities.





Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms accommodate up to six guests, each fitted with cotton linens, room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and clothing storage to support both short getaways and extended stays. A safe is available in the home for securing valuables.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked for genuine home cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender are all on hand, along with dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and cooking basics. Please note that oil, salt, and pepper are not currently provided despite appearing in the amenity description. Pull up a chair at the dining table for unhurried breakfasts or relaxed evening meals, and make use of the BBQ grill and barbecue utensils when you feel like cooking outdoors on the patio or balcony.



Living & comfort

Large windows frame skyline views and fill the living area with natural light throughout the day. The TV, dedicated workspace, and fast Wi-Fi keep you entertained and connected, while air conditioning maintains a comfortable atmosphere regardless of the weather outside. Ironing essentials are available should you need them.



Bathrooms

Three bathrooms are stocked with the essentials for a comfortable stay - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, hot water, and cleaning products are all provided so you can settle in without a supermarket run.



Family & extras

Families traveling with young children will find thoughtful touches throughout - a crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, children's books and toys, children's dinnerware, and window guards are all available. A ping pong table adds a fun option for downtime.



Access & facilities

The residence is fully single level with no internal stairs. An elevator serves the building and meets size requirements - at least 52 inches deep with a doorway at least 32 inches wide - making access straightforward for all guests. A private entrance and keypad self check-in allow flexible, smooth arrivals at any hour. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking are both available, a genuine convenience for guests planning to explore the wider city and surrounding region by car. Guests also have resort access to use nearby resort facilities, as well as access to a pool and gym. Bikes are available for getting around locally. Luggage drop-off is allowed for guests with early arrivals or late departures, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcomed. A nearby laundromat makes extended visits easy to manage.

1. Mandatory garbage disposal:

All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells.

It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles.

2. Garbage Disposal Requirements:

Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double.

Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1.

3. Liability for damage:

Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining order and cleanliness in our facilities.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock. Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host). Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. *The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
