This 4-bedroom townhome is just 15 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Universal Studios making it an ideal destination for privacy and relaxation when you need it and excitement and adventure when you want it. To add even more to this desirable destination, guests of the gated Regal Palms Resort will enjoy a plethora of desirable amenities taking your vacation to the next level. With an onsite pool, lazy river, waterslide, hot tub, gym, indoor and outdoor bars, ice cream shop, pool table, arcade, and children’s playground, you may not even want to leave the community! But rest assured that when you do, all the comfort and style you’re seeking from the perfect vacation home will be waiting for you.

Recently renovated, the home features tasteful décor and furnishings with just enough magical touches to delight guests of all ages. A comfortable living room with sofa seating and large smart TV looks out to a small patio. Sneak in an afternoon nap or gather the group for a game night in this space designed for entertainment with many board games provided for all ages. Follow the open floor plan into the dining room with a generous table and chairs set for 8. Dine on home cooked meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen where you’ll find all standard appliances, cookware, dining ware, and drip coffee maker. An upstairs balcony with café seating is the perfect place for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a twin-size day bed, smart TV, closet and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony access, closet and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes 1 full size bed with a twin bunk over and another twin bed, closet and a smart TV. Please note that the twin beds are not suitable for adult weight.

Bedroom #4 includes 1 twin size bed and a bunk bed twin over twin, closet as well as a smart TV. Please note that the twin beds are not suitable for adult weight.

The home also has 2 additional bathrooms – 1 full bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo, and the other a half bathroom.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- There is a screened in patio in the property.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- Driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. There is no street or grass parking. Parking passes are required and will be provided at check-in.
- All guests must check-in at the Regal Palms front desk before arriving to the unit for registration. Please Note: A mandatory Resort Fee of $22.50 per night, per unit is due directly to Regal Palms Resort at check-in. This fee grants access to community amenities, including the pool, fitness center, and clubhouse, as well as on-site parking.
Note: If you made your reservation on or after July 15, your resort fee has already been included in the total. Guests who booked prior to July 15 will still need to pay the resort fee upon arrival.
- This unit is eligible for a max of 10 guest wristbands, which are required for amenity access.
- This home is located directly by the security entrance and main access road so the owners have installed ‘sound and security’ glazing throughout reducing noise levels and sun glare for a quieter cooler house.
- This home has a camera facing the entryway.
- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.
- Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

Outside of the Regal Palms Resort, there are several options for dining and shopping. Just a short walk away, Berry Town Centre conveniently has a Publix, gas station, bank, restaurants, and bars. SunsetWalk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away. ChampionsGate is a small resort-city just 8-miles away. The area has a downtown feel with an array of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, specialty stores, and even its own golf course with clubhouse and pro shop.

The major Florida theme parks are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (14 miles), Epcot (14 miles), Hollywood Studios (12 miles), Animal Kingdom (11 miles), Universal Studios (23 miles) and Sea World (18 miles)!
Just over an hour’s drive to the east is the world famous Kennedy Space Centre and an hour to the west is the beautiful Tampa Bay!
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $30.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. This process helps us ensure the safety and integrity of all stays. Our full privacy policy, which explains how your information is handled and protected, is available upon request prior to booking.

Other Things to Note:
NOTE: All guests need to stop by the front desk on Sand Mine Road before going to the unit to get registered. There is a $22.40 daily resort fee paid to Regal Palms.

If you made your reservation on or after July 15, your resort fee has already been included in the total. Guests who booked prior to July 15 will still need to pay the resort fee upon arrival.

In case of hurricanes, lightning, inclement weather, or due to necessary repairs, certain resort amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity.

We do provide starter amenities for the home. These are basic supplies to help you settle in quickly, without having to stop at the store before check-in. As these are starter amenities, they may only last you a couple of days. If you have a longer stay, we suggest visiting the nearby grocery or dollar store to inexpensively restock for the remainder of your stay.
