Ismar apartment is equipped with everything you will need to have an amazing stay in Puerto Rico; from household basics to beach essentials. It is only steps from the beach, casinos, grocery stores, pharmacies, hospitals, and 10 mins drive to the airport & Old San Juan.

You will have the entire apartment for yourself, and it is located on the 4th floor. The space is perfect for couples, small families, business travelers and/ or tourists looking for a real Condado experience. A great way to mix work and play if that is what you are looking for.

It has an open living and bedroom area with access to a balcony with a view of Condado. It has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. The apartment also has a spacious walking closet to store your luggage and all personal belongings.

Location: Please be advised that the apartment is located in a tourist area, and some noise should be anticipated, especially during peak travel seasons. If noise occurs, it will likely originate from the street as visitors pass by. We encourage you to research the Condado area beforehand. Should you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to the host.

Power Outages: Our building has a full-power generator and water cistern that activate automatically within seconds! However, like all mechanical systems, the generator might occasionally not function as expected. In these rare cases, we depend on the local electricity provider. If you experience an outage during your stay, please contact us immediately so we can assist and determine next steps. Your comfort is our priority!

Elevators: Please note that the apartment is located on the 4th floor and is serviced by two elevators in the building. While extremely rare, in the event that both elevators become temporarily unavailable, access to the apartment would require using the stairs. If you experience any issues with the elevators during your stay, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Nighttime hours: Please note that we observe nighttime hours from 10PM to 7AM (AST), during which our responses may be delayed. To ensure you have the smoothest possible experience, we encourage you to review all check-in instructions and listing details in advance. If you have any questions, please submit them before our quiet hours begin so we can provide prompt assistance. For true emergencies, we remain available 24/7. Thank you for your understanding!

This is a NON-SMOKING space.

As you'll be staying in a private apartment, we kindly request that you leave it in the same condition as you found it, in accordance with our house rules, and to be considerate of the neighbors. Quiet hours are observed between 10pm and 8am AST.

There is no designated parking. There is free street parking. There are also several 24/7 paid parking lots a block away. Please contact the host and we can provide details.

We regret to inform you that we do not offer luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures. However, there are several nearby options available for luggage storage. Please let us know if you would like more information on these alternatives.

While WiFi is provided as an amenity in the apartment, occasional outages can occur (though they are rare). If the service interruption is due to the internet provider, we will make every effort to file a claim and follow up. However, please note that we have no control over when the issue will be resolved.
