My guest communication team will be here for you from 8 AM to 1 AM EST and can be reached by phone or through the platform app. We will always respond as quickly as possible to any questions or requests. To ensure a seamless check-in, we ask all guests to complete our quick and easy verification process through Enso Connect boarding pass, a trusted third-party service. This step is required by rental regulations and helps ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

You will be given an option to choose between a refundable $500 security deposit ($15 processing fee) or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. This is to protect both you and us during your stay. Please make sure to complete this verification prior to your arrival.

We go through great lengths to ensure we get the highest quality guest so we can continue to provide a 5-star home to all our guest.
