Coco Ro is full of charm, creativity & nautical vibes. More than a stay, it's a breezy, surf-inspired experience. Built in 1900 and reimagined in 2023, this 650 sq. ft. cottage blends historic character with easygoing style. The cottage is named after our beloved pup Romeo – a sunset chaser and beach day enthusiast. His free spirit lives on here!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

* Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is rarely available, as we need the full time to prepare for the next guests. In the event that we're able to accommodate, there is a fee of $25/hour.

* You’ll have access to free parking in the driveway for for up to 2 cars. Please be aware & mindful that there is a steep ramp/curb. If you prefer, abundant & free street parking is available.

* Please review "House Rules" section before booking. By reserving, you agree to all rules. No smoking, vaping, drugs, or parties allowed.

* During months with possible freezing weather, the outdoor shower may be unavailable.

* Some decor items (like blankets, pillows, sofa covers and rugs) may differ as they’re rotated during cleaning or replacement.

* We provide beach towels, a blanket, and a soft cooler as beach essentials (no umbrella, beach chairs or snorkeling gear). Please don’t remove any other items or decor from the home.

* A folding Pack N' Play is available for use at the property (not removable). Guests must bring their own bedding for it. Note: There is no permanent crib.
