Cet appartement ensoleillé et contemporain est situé dans le centre de la passionnante ville historique d'Albufeira, mais il est calme pour vous offrir des vacances des plus agréables. L'emplacement est parfait - à seulement environ 5 minutes à pied des plages et à quelques pas de nombreux grands restaurants, galeries d'art, épiceries et boutiques amusantes! Par temps clair et ensoleillé, vous pourrez vous promener dans les rues pavées pittoresques, vous détendre sur la plage ou essayer l'un des nombreux sports nautiques et excursions en bateau vers les grottes locales. La nuit, vous pouvez profiter de la vie nocturne passionnante, des spectacles de divertissement en direct avec une variété d'artistes, de la musique en direct, des spectacles de marionnettes et bien plus encore.

Albufeira propose également de nombreuses visites quotidiennes à Lisbonne, sur la côte de l'Algarve et à Séville, en Espagne. Si vous louez une voiture, vous voudrez peut-être explorer les villes voisines historiques de Faro, Tavira, Lagos, Portimão Olhão, Silves, Sagres, Cape St. Vincente, etc. pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. Les enfants et les adultes peuvent profiter des nombreuses activités des environs, comme nager avec les dauphins au Zoo Marine ou visiter les nombreux parcs aquatiques, tels que Krazy World (zoo pour enfants) et Slide and Splash où vous pouvez aller pour une autre journée de plaisir. . Si le golf est votre passion, il y a d'excellents terrains de golf, dont le célèbre Sheraton Pine Cliffs Golf Course et Balaia Golf, à une courte distance en voiture!

Il s'agit d'un appartement 1 chambre très spacieux avec balcon, où vous pourrez profiter des après-midi et des soirées ensoleillées. Il comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée, tous les draps, climatisation / chauffage et machine à laver / sèche-linge. Il comprend un accès Internet haut débit gratuit, la télévision par câble avec CNN, la BBC et plus de chaînes internationales et portugaises! Il n'est pas nécessaire de louer une voiture, mais si vous en avez besoin, il y a une agence de location de voiture dans le bâtiment à proximité. Garage de stationnement inclus! L'appartement est situé à environ 30 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport international de Faro et à environ 2 heures de route de l'aéroport international de Lisbonne. La prise en charge à l'aéroport de Faro ou à la gare (Ferreiras) peut être organisée à un tarif raisonnable.

Great place with everything you need.

Our stay in Albufeira was magical. Great beach, restaurants, shopping, people watching, and just relaxing. The apartment had everything we needed, and the property manager, Tina, was so kind and informative. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Portugal.

Property has all req'd items for living like at home. Very accessible to any shopping, food, restaurants, transit you may want. Great location. Cannot control the weather - a lot rainy this year. Law of averages caught up to the great weather we have had on previous visits.

Perfect Spot Near Everything

The apartment was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is just up the street from the main part of the town. Close enough to be convenient without any of the noise! Check in and check out were super easy, Tina was an excellent point of contact. We would be happy to stay in this apartment again!

Great Apartment!

This is my go to place to stay while visiting the Algarve. Close to great beaches and nightlife. Apartment is in great condition. Since my last stay the owner has installed new A/C units and purchased new beach accessories for renters to use. Owner and Property Manager are very responsive and are a pleasure to communicate with if you need anything. Highly recommend property and I look forward to my next stay.

Great condo in old town.

We stayed for a month and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was close to all the action and beaches in old town, but was also quiet at night. It was well equipped with everything that anyone would need for a short stay or a long stay. Tina was great and picked us up at the airport in Faro and took us directly to the condo when we arrived. The internet was super fast and better than anything in the US. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

Perfect location

The apartment/flat was great. Very close to old town but still quiet. The apartment had everything we needed for the week. Bed was very comfortable. Owner and manager were great. Actually changed my booking twice with ease. Had off-street parking but was easier to park on the street ourside. Very easy check-in and check-out. I am returning for a wedding in 2025 and this is the place i will looking to stay.

Location, Location, Location

We were only in the apartment for one week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was in a fantastic location, close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and shops. It was within easy walking distance to the beach. The apartment was clean and well maintained and included air conditioning. The owner and manager were outstanding. Judite made the booking very easy and responded quickly to any questions. We are very grateful to Tina for picking us up and returning us to the train station and showing us through the apartment. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great location and reasonable price

We enjoyed our stay a lot, and found the property to be very nice and close to Old Town and the beach where we spent a lot of our time. The only aspect of this trip we didn't enjoy was the rude property manager upon our arrival. A note for anyone renting this property, make sure you have the correct address for any airport transfer or uber ride, as there was some confusion when we were on our way and I was dropped off at the wrong address. Once I got to the property after figuring out the correct address, I was accosted by the property manager who ranted at me for wasting her time despite letting her know the issue as it was happening. The rest of our stay was extremely pleasant and the property is wonderful though!

The property was very clean, in a convenient location for shopping and dining, and it was well stocked with plenty of items needed during our stay. Communication with the owner and manager were great and our check-in and check-out were very easy. The wi-fi worked great, and we found plenty of TV channels we could watch. Two reasons we originally chose this property were because we had a rental car and there was a parking garage included on site (parking is very limited around the area), and there is a small balcony where we could sit in the mornings or evenings and enjoy a coffee or meal. Shopping and dining were within walking distance, and it's only a short walk to the beach area. If I had any negative comment, it would probably be that the bed is harder than what we are used to. But this is a personal preference and isn't really a negative against the property or host. We would definitely stay here again if we are going to be in the area.

Spacious apartment close to beach

We were so delighted when Tina, the apartment manager, showed us where we would be living. The apartment is large, with a fully stocked kitchen, and room to cook. A narrow balcony runs along one side of the flat, and a small table with chairs welcomes guests to sip and munch out there when the weather is lovely. We especially appreciated the separate air conditioning remotes for the bedroom and the living room. Best of all, the walk from the apartment to the beach involves no stairs and is a brief walk through a street filled with restaurants and shops. A small grocery store stands on that street, while a Spar and a butcher shop are nearby on a higher street. The apartment comes with a dedicated parking space in an underground garage. However, the space is quite narrow and would be difficult to maneuver with a large vehicle. Tina, the apartment manager, is a real gem, very helpful and friendly. Absolutely LOVE this place! Would return in a New York minute!!

Apartment fulfilled all our expectations!

From beginning to end our experience has been wonderful. The owner, Judite was very helpful in answering all my questions, responded immediately and followed up with me, which was very impressive. The apartment has a great location, close to everything in old town; taxi stand, bus stand, grocery store, bakery , many restaurants and of course, the beach. It is in a nice residential building with security lock to enter lobby. During our stay we have never heard any noise, it was very peaceful in the building. The apartment itself feels like home; lovely and cheerful decorations, comfortable living/ seating areas. The kitchen is fully equipped, i did not miss anything from my home kitchen and it was very easy to cook our meals when we wanted to. The tv service has many channels; from American, French to even Cuban and Columbian.The bath and bedroom had everything we needed.The apartment has a heating/ air system which we found helpful given it was unusually cold when we were there. The only element that would take this apartment from excellent to outstanding is some minimal upgrade of the bedding; instead of just one pillow per person, two would be better plus a better quality bed sheet/ comforter instead of a thin blanket.
