The open-plan living area is designed for both relaxation and socializing. A cozy living room with a large TV welcomes you to unwind after a day of adventures. The adjoining dining area, with a table set for family gatherings, flows into a fully-equipped kitchen boasting modern appliances and ample counter space for your culinary creations.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. The master suite offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks. Other bedrooms include queen and double beds, with a themed room perfect for kids.

Step outside to your private pool, ideal for cooling off or simply lounging in the sun. The resort offers additional perks like water slides, a gym, and sports courts, ensuring entertainment for everyone.

This home is located in a vibrant resort community, offering the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. Pool heating is available for an additional fee and requires advance notice to ensure it’s warm for your stay.
The resort-style amenities, including water slides, a gym, and sports courts, are available for guest use. Some may have operational hours or specific access requirements—details will be provided after booking.
A starter set of essentials is provided, including toiletries and cleaning supplies. For longer stays, guests may need to restock.
Please note that the gated entrance to the resort may occasionally experience delays during busy times.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The number of overnight guests is limited to Twelve (12) persons. Please be upfront about the number of guests in your reservation. We operate on a very transparent basis and desire the same from our guests. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Check in is at 3-6p.m. and checkout is at 11a.m. If you would like to request an earlier check-in or late check-out, please do so ASAP. We often cannot change cleaning schedules last minute. You will be charged an additional $100 dollars for unapproved late checkouts.

This is a NO PARTY venue. We have families living next door, behind and in front of our house and we wish to respect them.

There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in the house. If you must smoke, it must be outside, and no closer than 15-20 feet from the house. A violation of this rule will result in an additional $200 charge.

If a guest brings any pets on the property without our permission, a nonrefundable fee of $500 will be charged for each pet on the property.

Late/Emergency Cancellations -- Please be advised: the host will not be financially responsible and thus will not issue refunds for cancellations made 1) for nonrefundable bookings 2)on or after the date specified in the cancellation policy. Last minute weather issues, family emergencies, travel plan changes are unfortunate, but a risk that the renter is liable for should they occur. Therefore, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance. We will not entertain exceptions to the rule so be advised. We are operating a single Air Bnb business and last minute cancellations are difficult and often unlikely to rebook.

The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Jumping from the terrace in the pool is prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

At the end of the TERM, guests should leave the house in the same condition as it was found. If you used the kitchen, pleases place dirty dishes, pots and pans, and utensils in the dishwasher. Tenant will be held liable for any damaged or missing items. If damage is noted upon check in, please notify owner via air Bnb immediately.
