The Villa: All four luxurious bedrooms, spacious living areas, and the fully equipped gourmet kitchen are exclusively yours. Feel free to make yourself at home!

Outdoor Areas: The two private pools, expansive terraces, outdoor dining spaces, and sandy waterfront are all yours to soak up the tropical vibes.

Private Dock: Your villa has its own private dock, where your boat and captain will be ready to take you on unforgettable adventures.

Boat and Captain:
Your private boat and captain are available for 3 complimentary round trips to/from San Pedro each day (which are included in your stay). Ocean excursions, or exploring hidden beaches nearby are an additional fee.

Wi-Fi and Entertainment: Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy the villa’s entertainment system, perfect for winding down after a day in the sun.

🏊‍♀️ Double Pool Perfection: Why settle for one pool when you can have two? Float your worries away in the sleek infinity pool or chill in the lagoon-style pool surrounded by lush greenery. Poolside cocktails, cannonballs, and epic sunset selfies are highly encouraged.

🚤 Adventures/Shuttles: We provide a private boat and captain for your group, available to transfer you to/from San Pedro up to three round-trip transfers per day during daytime hours (7:00 AM – 10:00 PM). Any additional shuttles outside of these hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) or beyond the three included round trips are available for an additional fee.
Guests can spend the day deep sea, fly or reef fishing with our boat captains and tour guides.

Getting Around:

Private Boat Access: Your stay includes a private boat and captain, making getting around a breeze. In just five minutes, you can zip across the water to downtown San Pedro for dining, shopping, and exploring so you’ll have seamless transportation to / from San Pedro Town.

Golf Carts in San Pedro: Once in town, golf carts are the preferred way to get around. We can help arrange a rental for you to explore San Pedro’s charming streets at your own pace and they'll be waiting for you at your secure parking stall by our pier when you head to town.

Water Taxis: If you want to venture beyond the villa’s boat, water taxis are available to take you to nearby islands or attractions. Your captain can assist with scheduling and logistics.
Airport Transfers: If you’re flying into San Pedro from Belize City, we can help arrange your transfer to the villa. Upon arrival, your captain will meet you and ensure a smooth ride to your tropical retreat.
Exploring by Boat (extra cost): The villa’s prime waterfront location means you can easily access snorkeling spots, secluded beaches, and marine reserves directly by boat—no long drives or hassle required!
