The space
Step into a serene 1-bedroom apartment nestled on the 5th floor of MAG 970. This 69.87 sqm home boasts a king-sized bed, cozy living area with Smart TV, a full kitchen with gas stove, and modern bath with walk-in shower. Enjoy a morning coffee with city views, unwind with Netflix, or prep your favorite meal in a fully-equipped kitchen. Whether you're here short or long term, everythingâs designed for effortless living.
Guest access
Guests enjoy full private access to the apartment, as well as shared community perks like a state-of-the-art gym, free parking, 24-hour security, childrenâs play area, elevators, and self check-in via lockbox. Ideal for business travelers, couples, or solo adventurers looking for comfort and convenience.
Additional rules
As a requirement from the Dubai Government, all guests are required to provide all their Emirates ID or passport copies prior to their arrival to register with the building and in the government portal.
HOUSE RULES
While you are our guests, we request that you please observe these house rules. Violations may result in charges and/or immediate eviction.
Check-in time is after 3:00 pm, and check-out time is on or before 12:00 PM; therefore, rooms should be totally cleared by 12:00 PM to give our staff ample time to clean the rooms for the next guests.
MEALS ARE NOT INCLUDED. Room cleaning and linen change can be booked through us at an additional cost; booking needs to be made a day in advance. (*Subject to availability)
Guests are reminded to look after their valuables (wallets, jewelry, mobile phones, laptops, passports, etc.). Blue Breeze will not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings.
Please handle keys with care. Any damage or loss will be subject to a charge of AED 500.
NO REFUND will be given on ANY unused days of booking if the guest chooses to check out earlier than their booking period.
Guests are obliged to pay for any loss or damage of property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.
No outside visitors allowed without prior permission from the reception. All guests must be registered with their passport or ID at reception.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms; a charge of AED 1,500 will be levied if anyone is found smoking in the room. Smoking is permitted in the designated area of the building or the balcony area, if available. Please close the balcony door to prevent smoke from entering the room.
No gambling of any kind or unlawful behavior is permitted.
Illegal drugs practice within the apartment or the building premises is strictly prohibited.
Please help us maintain our rates by conserving electricity. All electric appliances and lights should be turned off when you go out.
In case of a violation of the above regulations, the management reserves the right to ask the guest to leave.
The management reserves the right to alter or amend the above regulations without any notice.
