One of Folly's Best! Marsh Winds 2B is a marsh front condo with a coastal luxury flare. This is a 30+ day rental perfect for 6 guests. The screened in porch is the ideal spot to relax and catch the sunset nightly. Spend your days lounging by the community pool or take advantage of the great location being just a 10-15 minute walk from restaurants and the beach or just a quick drive to downtown Charleston.
Inside the condo, you will find an updated kitchen, modern living room, and spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils to create a delicious meal with a dishwasher for easy clean up. The master bedroom has a king bed and their own access to the porch to overlook the marsh right from the bedroom. It also has an ensuite bathroom with large vanity and separate shower and tub. The additional bedrooms feature a queen bed and two twin beds. There are two additional full bathrooms each with spacious vanities. This condo includes great amenities such as a Smart TV, cable, WIFI and in-unit washer and dryer for your convince.
Marsh Winds 2B allows up to 3 well behaved, house-broken, flea treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire. There are two assigned parking spots. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - Business License Number: LIC060827.
