Welcome to The Sand Castle!
The Sand Castle is a luxurious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, Gulf view home located on the south side of 30A. Situated less than 75 yards from a large public beach, this stunning home offers everything you need for a perfect beach getaway including a luxurious roof top pool with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf, Beach, and 30A rooftops nearby. Make lasting memories, watch the sunrise, sunset, and soak in that Florida sunshine.
This home was fully remodeled in 2024 and is virtually brand new!
Important Information
Max Occupancy: 14 guests
Minimum Age to Book: 25 years (No Exceptions)
Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 4:30 PM CDT and check-out at 9:00 AM CDT
Parking: 3 standard size vehicles permitted.
Starter Pack: Includes 5 rolls of toilet paper, 2 roll of paper towels, hotel-style soaps for each bathroom, kitchen sponge, dish soap, dish towels, and a laundry pod pack
Kitchen: Equipped with standard appliances, Keurig, flatware, cutlery, and basic cookware.
Bikes/Golf Carts: Not included, but can be rented for an additional fee.
Beach Chairs and Umbrellas: Available for rent at the beach area for an additional fee. Reservations must be made upon arrival.
Heated Pool: The pool can be heated with advance notice (1 weeks time) for an additional fee of $55.00 per night during the months of October - April.
Home Layout
Entryway: Guests enter the home from the side just off the driveway. The first floor features a large lounge area, prep kitchen with wet bar, wine cooler, microwave, and a mini fridge. Guests can access the back yard hardscape area where there is an outdoor seating area, outdoor shower, and walkway to the neighboring beach access which is under a minute away.
1st Floor
Bedroom #1 - There is a queen suite on the first floor. ***Note, this room has very narrow doorway (Under 1.5 feet wide). This is due to the unique concrete construction of the home and the location of the load bearing wall.
Bedroom #2 - The bunk bedroom is located just off the foyer on the first floor and features a full over queen bunk bed.
A shared bathroom with a walk in shower is located between bedroom 1 and 2.
2nd Floor
At the top of the 2nd floor landing is the Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary plates, cups, and cutlery for family gatherings. Large bay windows provide views of the Gulf and surrounding area.
There is a formal dining area just off the kitchen with seating for 8. This area is private, but open an inviting at the same time.
A separate seating/lounge area is located just on the other side of the dining area and has access to the kitchen, and 2nd floor Gulf facing balcony.
Media Area - There is a media room just off the 2nd floor landing which features two sofa beds and a large flat screen TV. This area can double as a space for additional sleeping arrangements or can be used as intended for watching movies or completing computer work.
3rd Floor
Bedroom # 3 - Master Bedroom: The Master Bedroom is located on the second floor and features a large balcony with private access off the Master Bedroom, expansive views of the Gulf, plenty of large bay windows with Gulf views, King bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, large soaking tub, and a stand-alone shower.
There are two separate lounge areas just off the Master bedroom which are perfect for reading, relaxing and watching TV, or enjoying conversation.
Bedroom #4 - There is a large guest suite on the 3nd floor which features a Queen bed. This bedroom has easy access to the third floor landing and has plenty of windows and lighting.
Rooftop
The rooftop is a must see private oasis. The infinity pool is located on the rooftop and provides some of the best views on all of 30A. From the deck you can see panoramic views of the beach, the Gulf, 30A and nearby rooftops. This is the perfect spot for watching the sunrise, the sunset or soaking up the Florida sunshine. An outdoor grill, sink, and prep area are located at the base of the rooftop deck for outdoor cooking an entertaining. In the spring, fall, and winter months, the pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee.
About the Area
Seagrove Beach is a charming beach town on Scenic HWY 30A, nestled between Watersound Beach and Seaside, FL. Known for its beautiful beaches, terrific restaurants, farmers markets, and more, Seagrove Beach offers a quintessential coastal experience.
Beach Access: Less than a 75-yard walk from the condo, the private access way leads to the white sand beach where guests can rent beach chairs from a private vendor.
Restrictions
This home is not childproof. Adult supervision is required at all times. Due to the nature of the rooftop pool, this home may not be suitable for infants and young children.
Stairs are required to access this property.
No pets allowed.
No monthly rental discounts.
Length of stay restrictions may apply.
Minimum renter age is 25 years old.
No smoking in the condo, on the balconies, around the pool area, in the walkways, or any common areas.
No food or drinks allowed in bedrooms.
Guests must sign the rental agreement. Failure to do so could result in cancellation of the booking with no refund.
No RVs, trailers, watercraft, or large vans permitted. Overflow parking is not available.
Good Neighbor Policy
This is a family-oriented neighborhood, not a party home. Any vulgar language, excessively loud music, large parties, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. Violations of HOA rules or disturbances will result in eviction and forfeiture of all deposits.
