The house is warm and welcoming with vaulted ceilings, wood floors, gas fireplace, and original art. There are 2 master bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs master has an en suite bathroom complete with steam shower, double sinks, separate commode, and spacious closet. The downstairs master has a large en suite bathroom including a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double sinks, and a large closet. Enjoy meals at the large dining table (seats 8), at the breakfast bar (seats 5), or on the spacious deck. There’s a half bath conveniently upstairs adjacent to the main living area. See the hotel key card art display! The bunk room has 2 full beds with a twin trundle and large TV. The 4th bedroom/office has a twin daybed with a twin trundle and TV. A full bathroom with a shower/tub is downstairs as well. We have several bikes that you are welcome to use, camp chairs, sleds, a wagon, games, and more. Large utility room with washer and dryer. There’s one parking space in the garage and one designated space next to the garage. You can also park on the street. The yard is fenced. Walk to Elk Avenue and to catch the bus.

This beautiful 2,300 sf house is located a short walk from the main restaurant district of Crested Butte and is perfect for large families or groups looking to hit the slopes or enjoy a relaxing day in town.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access through either the front or back door. There is a walk-through door or garage door for access to the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a quite neighborhood in the town of Crested Butte, only a short walk to the Elk Avenue. Easy to navigate to multiple bike trails that lead in and out of town. Bikes available for use.

Getting Around:
Closest bus stop is a 5 minute walk for access to the mountain base area as well as Gunnison.
