The practicality of the electronic lock gives you total freedom to enter and exit when you want. Enjoy a super comfortable queen size bed and, for the third guest, a cozy single mattress. Bedding and bath smells and quality are included.

To organize your things, a functional closet awaits you. The air conditioning ensures freshness on sunny days, and the fan complements the carioca breeze. The TV is ready for your moments of relaxation, and the blackout curtain invites you to a refreshing sleep. Iron and hair dryer are your allies to always stay impeccable. Wardrobe with hangers and a charming sofa complete the atmosphere. In the full kitchen, you will find everything to prepare your meals with convenience. The bathroom has a shower and hot gas for a relaxing bath.

If you are in Rio for work and need an invoice or some extra service during your stay, just let us know! We will be happy to help you. HOUSEKEEPER: To keep everything shining, our dear housekeeper can give a help for R$ 120 (up to 4 hours). Let us know one day in advance. The service includes general cleaning of the studio (rooms, bathroom, kitchen) and storage of beds with the same clothes. GAY FRIENDLY: Our space is certified with the B PROUD seal of Booking! YOUR COZY STUDIO: EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES

Our compact and functional studio has 1 charming bedroom, an integrated room for your moments of relaxation, a kitchen equipped for your culinary adventures and 1 practical bathroom. Located on the 9th floor (back), it offers a quiet side view and is less than 5 minutes from the beach!

You will find 1 super comfortable double bed, 1 cozy sofa bed, cable TV for your movies and series, Wi-Fi to keep the connection, air conditioning for perfect climate, electronic lock for your tranquility, all basic household utensils and hot water for an invigorating bath.

For your convenience, private parking is available just one block from the studio.

If you travel with a small treasure, we can lend 1 portable cot and baby bed robes, plus beach chairs to enjoy the sun (request 1 day in advance).

Every 7 days, we change the bed linen and bath so you always have everything fresh (just order 1 day in advance).

In our vibrant neighborhood, you will be close to delicious restaurants, amazing scenery, just steps from the beach and with all the transport and commerce options around you. Our residential building is a safe and cozy refuge!

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: EVERYTHING IN THE PALM OF YOUR HAND!

Check-in is modern and remote! The password or access key will be sent to you from 14h until 17h, according to local availability.

If you need to arrive a little earlier (early check-in) or after 17h, let us know as soon as possible! If we do not have another guest, we will love to welcome you sooner or later!

The magic password for your Rio de Janeiro corner will arrive on your mobile phone at 1pm on the day of your arrival. To receive it, it is important to be connected to the Wi-Fi, ok? Any doubt or need different, just give us a touch!

For the safety of all, we ask for a photo of guests' documents up to 2 days before arrival. Rest assured, your data is super protected by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD)!

The check-out is super simple and autonomous! When leaving, just turn off the appliances and close the door. Our cleaning team will arrive at 12h to make everything shine for the next guest.

If you need extra time (late check-out), let us know as soon as possible! If there is no other booking right away, we will do our best to help you!

Comfortable transfers from and to airports (SDU: R$ 120, GIG: R$ 150) and other destinations such as show houses, Cabo Frio (R$ 600) and Ilha Grande (R$ 800). For transfers, ask at least 2 days in advance, okay?

All our communication will be done with care and agility through the website of your reservation, from Sunday to Sunday, from 8am to 8pm. So everything is organized and safe!

You will be staying a few meters from one of the most famous beaches on the planet, with all the local commerce you need around you: pharmacies, markets, souvenir shops, the colorful free market... And the transportation? Super easy! Taxi, Uber, bus and subway are close to you. From the airports to here, it is about 20 minutes from Santos Dumont (SDU) and 50 minutes from Galeão (GIG).

In the neighborhood, get ready for a festival of flavors! Restaurants for all budgets and tastes await you, as well as markets, pharmacies, shops and everything that a complete neighborhood can offer, practically 24 hours a day.

Keep an eye out: prices on the waterfront are usually a little bit saltier than in the inner streets.
