The house offers an elegant dining and living room, fully equipped kitchen, a master king bedroom, a second queen room and 2 bathrooms respectively with shower or bath. The wrap around porch offers breathtaking views of the yard and river.

A baby crib, chair and dining set are available on request.

During the hot summer months, a pop-up swimming pool is available for both adults and children to enjoy.

Bring your own boat to enjoy river life to its fullest extent or use the complimentary kayaks on-site. Don't hesitate to reach out if you would like assistance in reserving a boat with a local company and/or any alternative excursions.

* the Pink House is elevated as it is located right next to the river. To access the house there are 5 easy steps to be taken
* while we take pride in maintaining the house immaculately, nature is all around... critters may enter the house. We therefore invite guests to leave shoes outside and use the complimentary flip flops provided... after all, you are in Florida! 😊
* we truly love animals but unfortunately cannot accommodate any in order to protect the wooden floors
* anywhere there is water in Florida, alligators are present. Rarely an alligator will come on land, however it can happen. Please don't leave (small) children unattended alongside the water...do not swim close to shore
* please be respectful of the neighbors
* a pop-up swimming pool is available for your use during the summer months... enjoy!!
* Washer & dryer available on-site for stays of minimum 5 nights.
