Summit House offers two upstairs bedrooms with queen size beds, Smart TV in each bedroom. One downstairs bedroom with two queen size beds, one downstairs bedroom with two sets of twin size bunkbeds (350 lb. weight limit for bunks, adult friendly). All bedrooms feature Smart TVs, touch control USB lamps on the nightstands and plenty of storage. 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort.

Summit House offers two newly renovated full bathrooms with tubs for younger family members or a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring our beautiful area.

•• KITCHEN ••
Summit House offers a fully equipped kitchen with spacious countertops. You will have everything you need to prepare fabulous meals, including name brand stainless-steel appliances, table service for 12 people, Tupperware, cutting boards, serving platters and bowls, barware, wine and champagne glasses. To-go cups, acrylic outdoor drinkware, a crock pot, blender, and a fully stocked Keurig coffee station that will brew an entire pot of coffee or a single cup. Our kitchen is stocked with an assortment of coffee and teas, spices, and staple pantry items. We also stock an assortment of Ziploc and paper products, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags and so much more. We have gone out of our way, to ensure our guests feel at home and have everything they need for their stay. Another bonus, we also have a reverse osmosis water drinking system installed in the kitchen sink.

Summit House offers one spacious indoor dining room with a table that seats 6, barstool seating for 3. On our deck you will find a brand-new stainless steel propane grill, complete with an outdoor seating area, to provide plenty of room for the whole group to enjoy meals together in a private setting.

Summit House offers a spacious yet cozy living room with plush furnishings and a large, beautiful, marble tile electric fireplace. There is a 55 inch flat-screen Smart TV equipped with cable TV, MAX, Hulu, Netflix, and Disney+ (for your own logins), as well as 5G Wi-Fi. For further entertainment or unexpected rain, be sure to check out our board game collection and our decks of cards. There are coloring books and crayons, as well as a variety of books and coffee table books featuring information about attractions in the area! Head out to the fire pit in the evening for a true Up North experience. Don’t forget to look up and take in the vast number of stars overhead.

Our lower-level living room/game room is equipped with a pool table, treadmill, Smart TV and additional seating.

Our home features a number of large windows for taking in the beautiful surroundings or letting in fresh air. Central air conditioning will also keep you comfortable all day and night.

Summit House offers a laundry/utility room complete with a set of brand-new GE top loading washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.

You will have private access to the entire home (not including garage).

Our home has a home security camera in the front of the house.
Keep in mind that this is a two-story home and there are stairs leading to both levels.
