The villa is in an elevated position with panoramic views overlooking Kalkan and the bay.

The large pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers and parasols, comfortable armchairs with coffee tables, tables and chairs for barbecue and al fresco dining. The unique roof design provides pleasant shade.

The living area of ​​the property is stylishly furnished with modern sofas, 42” LCD satellite TV, DVD player and iPod dock.

The well-equipped kitchen features granite work surfaces and Siemens appliances, including a dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer.

Adjacent to the cloakroom on the ground floor is a laundry room with washer/dryer and sink.

The four bedrooms are structured as follows:

Two bedrooms with a king bed and private balcony. Each of these rooms has a marble en suite bathroom/shower room with a spa bath and a separate walk-in shower with a rainforest shower head.

Two twin-bedded rooms, each with a private balcony. Each of these rooms has a marble en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower with a rainforest shower head.

The center of Kalkan village is a 15 minute walk - all the way downhill so remember it's uphill on the way back so it's a good idea to take a taxi home.

Other features of the villa include Wi-Fi internet access, safe, water cooler and private garage. A Turkish mobile phone is provided for local calls. Weekly full cleaning and linen change. Daily garbage collection. A welcome pack is provided on arrival.

Please note: Monday or Saturday changeover preferred - there can be some flexibility with this depending on availability and owner's discretion.
