We love welcoming your furry friends! To ensure a clean and comfortable stay for all guests, a pet fee of $250 applies. This helps cover additional cleaning and maintenance.
Please let us know in advance if you're bringing a pet so we can make proper arrangements for your stay.
Note: Limit of 1–2 dogs under 20lbs. Pets must be house-trained and not left unattended and have prior approval from manager. Contact us for details previous to booking.

✅ Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement, ID verification, & security hold
It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout!
