In our opinion, The Villa gives guests a superb holiday experience providing a luxurious place to relax and entertain and is just one in a handful of Kalkan properties to boast a sunbathing area with direct access to the sea. The Villa is situated in a quiet part of Kalamar Bay over on the west side and provides its guests with a tranquil slice of paradise.
The property is part of a 7 villa development which share a beach club style split level sunbathing area by the shore. Each property has its own designated area with ample sun loungers. There are shared steps that go down into the sea.

Ground floor
The elegant open-plan living area is bright and airy with room for the whole party to enjoy and is well lit with modern and stylish light fittings, and has air-conditioning throughout. The well-equipped kitchen area has a sleek monochrome design and provides a smart space for preparing all of your culinary desires. In front of the kitchen you will find a dining area, perfect for bringing the party together over some fine cuisine. The lounge area is well furnished with a large comfortable sofa and an easy chair set around a wide coffee table. Relax here with a book, maybe have a siesta, or enjoy a film on the flat screen TV. Wide sliding glass doors open out to the pool terrace and provide fantastic views from the comfort of your armchair.
On either side of the main living area there are two en-suite bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), all with stylish two-tone wood furniture, built-in wardrobes, large mirrors and vanity stations. Each bedroom has sliding glass doors that lead out on to the pool terrace with unforgettable views across the Turquoise Coast.
Outside
Step outside and be astounded by the striking views of the glittering waters of Kalamar bay and Snake and Mouse Islands beyond. Relax with a cool drink in hand on one of the comfortable sun loungers around the infinity pool, or maybe take your book down to the bathing platform and unwind by the lapping water's edge, taking a dip in the sea when the sun is at its peak. The beach club style bathing platform is accessed by steps, and then a gently sloping pathway, and is just moments away from the main property.
The outdoor space of the villa features a pool terrace where you will find a dining area perfect for enjoying memorable feasts on those warm summer nights. There is also a comfortable lounge area for pre-dinner drinks as the sun goes down.
From the road, a gently sloping path takes you down to the front door of the villa.

The property is part of a development along with 6 other Water's Edge properties which lend themselves well to accommodating larger groups in any combination of the villas and all 7 can be booked together (subject to availability) if required. Ideal for larger family or friendship groups, or even wedding guests who would like to holiday together but still have their own space.

This villa also has a heated pool. Guests who want to use the heated pool must specify this when making their reservation. The heated pool is $60 per night.
