Construction next door that we we unaware of. Very noisy during the day. House was spacious and lovely. Pillows were not good.
Overall, nice stay, but considering the price, it should have more quiet and comfortable.

July 2019 Stay
Our family has been coming to Watercolor for many years. We usually stay in a home around this size and have loved every home we’ve ever stayed in. This year we were very disappointed from the time we walked in. It was extremely hot and very uncomfortable . There were many broken blinds with half a slat broken off and most others were all crooked. Headboard on 2nd floor was also crooked and slanted. Dinning chairs were all stained and dirty. We didn’t enjoy the fact that we needed to go out side door by driveway to access pool due to French doors not being accessible to come and go outside through. We have always enjoyed the homes of this size but this property was not up to the standards we expected.
I will say that 360 Blue responded immediately to our issue with the air conditioning. We always rent through 360 and have always loved the service and attention to any issue we have had. We will continue to use 360 in the future.
We apologize that your vacation was not the usual 5 stars! We have taken your valuable feedback and shared it with our team members to address and resolve them quickly. March 2019 Stay
This was our sixth stay at Watercolor over the years and our first on Vermilion Way.
We found the house tired and in need of an update. The house was very dirty upon check in from the bathrooms to the floors. Even the sofa in the family room was gray from dirt. There were many cockroaches in the kitchen and it left much to be desired.
This house needs higher quality plumbing fixtures as the showers barely worked and the hot water system could not handle even 13 guests let alone the 20 that this home can supposedly accommodate.
There is construction all around this property and they started working daily at 7am yelling across their work sites.
We expect much more of 360 Blue properties and we are left at the end of the week feeling disappointed in our experience. Every other house we have stayed in over the years was nicer than this Vermilion Way property. You’ll find few dressers, a barely working dishwasher and a tired home.
Also the pool system alarm is awful so you can’t leave your doors open.
We are so sorry that your vacation with us at 93 Vermillion was less than perfect. We do show that you notified us about the cleaning issues at the home and we will be sure to share this feedback with our housekeeping team in an effort to keep this from happening again. As for the pool alarms on the doors leading to the pool area, unfortunately, it is a Florida State Law that those are installed for the safety of our guest. As for the issues with the hot water and dishwasher, we would have loved the opportunity to send out our maintenance team to troubleshoot these issues for you so that it could have been corrected. October 2018 Stay
Great spacious house in beautiful location looking over the lake! Quiet part of the community and still walkable to everything. Home was pretty well equipped for our group. We had 6 couples all had comfortable beds and private bath although one couple slept in bunk room and there are no blinds on the window or in the bath. 360 Blue always takes great care of us on our stays! Very accommodating upon our arrival and throughout our stay! Had a great time!

July 2018 Stay
We had a good time at 93 Vermillion Way. Beautiful home and location. We had to cut our trip short due to a death in the family. Thank you for giving us a few days of joy in your home.
I do have a couple of comments that you may want to know about. I would have someone go around and clean the property around the house. Lots of trash outside the trash can area, and along the pool fence. Facet on main sink is loose from the marble. Ice maker dispenser in door did not work well and pool door with alarm was awful. I understand why it’s there, but we did not have children with us and the alarm the way it is set up made the whole door system unusable.
We did have a great time for the days we were there, but I thought you might want to know these things.

August 2017 Stay
This is our 5th summer to rent through 360Blue. We always have a great time when we visit Watercolor. The house is spacious, but needs some improvements. The family room had a sectional & 2 chairs, but no coffee table or end tables to place your drinks. The house has plenty of room, but definitely lacks furniture.
One MAJOR fix is the birds in the bedroom with the fireplace!!! You absolutely can not sleep in that room because the birds go nuts "early" every morning!!! I understand that they are endangered, but you can not rent out this house and expect people to sleep in that room. We were told this happens every year, for the past 4 years.
The 3rd floor master is spacious, but not very convenient. I would recommend moving the bunkroom to the 3rd floor, and adding a king size bed to the bedroom with the fireplace / full size bath on the 2nd floor (when the birds go away!!!).
We had a great time! I never leave reviews, but I thought it was important to let guest know about the bird situation. 360B
