Guests will be able to access the house as well as the country club which offers a heated pool and a golf course.
Instructions on how to access the pool will be provided after booking.
In order for our guests to use the HOA amenities (4 lake access/beach areas, 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, chalet), they need a guest pass. It is $2 for the guest pass, and it works for a group. To get a guest pass you just need to contact the HOA with the name of the group leader prior to their arrival. And then either you can pickup the guest pass and leave it at the house for the guests, OR the guests can pickup the guest pass if they want to use it.
To be clear, anybody can golf at Lake Arrowhead and go to the restaurant/bar; you donât need a guest pass to do those things. Itâs mainly the 2 pools and 4 beaches on Lake Arrowhead.

Access to the pool is provided after booking along with instructions.
We request all guests' details upon booking to ensure a smooth check-in process. Failure to provide the necessary information may result in being denied entry to the community.

We do not allow any personal mail &/or package deliveries of any kind, no exceptions.
~We provide initial supplies to get you started. For the duration of your stay, you'll need to purchase any additional supplies you require.
~Do not disrespect Neighbors.
~Please follow check-in and check-out instructions.
~Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
~Do not remove makeup with white towels in the unit. There are dark towels in the bathroom cabinet under the sink for this.
~Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. Doing so will result to a $500 fine)
~Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
~No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Smoking of any kind will result in an additional charge (listed below).
~No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.
~Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation and we do not allow visitors. Any overnight guests not on the reservation will be considered an additional guest for the reservation and will result in an additional guest fee (listed below).
~No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm.
~All Guests are expected to clean up after themselves prior to departure: If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
~All Guests are expected to wash their own dishes prior to departure.
~We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Shipping items that have been left behind will result in an additional handling charge (listed below). Items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion 2 days after your scheduled departure.
Building Office Access: Please note that the building office reserves the right to enter the premises during your stay for scheduled maintenance or in case of emergency situations beyond the host's control. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such circumstances.
â â If we make a mistake you may be entitled to a partial or full refund depending on the extent of the mistake. We DO NOT refund the service fees or taxes. â â

â FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: $75 for every 30 minutes past check-out.
â FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 deodorization fee.
â FEES: Undeclared/Unauthorized guests $100 fine per guest.

â Pets must be current on their shots and flea and tick treatments.
â Pets must be taken out to do their business and not go inside the home or patio. You MUST pick up after your pet. Disposable bags are provided on the back deck and must be discarded in the exterior trash on the side of the house.
â Pet cannot mark indoors.
â Pet cannot be washed or showered in tubs or sinks.
â Pets cannot be left unattended.

â FEES: Pet fee is $25 per pet/per night.
