The Den 2BR/2BA- Cozy & Quiet

This clean and quiet home is a two bedroom, 1 bath home located near Texas Tech. It is within a 5-minute drive to the Texas Tech campus and major shopping areas, including several restaurants and retail stores. The house is fully furnished, has ac and free parking, wi-fi and a Roku enabled smart tv. Each bedroom has a queen bed setup with comfortable pillows and linens. Enjoy Lubbock evenings on the porch swing.

Both bedrooms have a queen bed with a comfortable new mattress, linens, and plenty of pillows. Each room can sleep two people. The living room has a comfy couch set that can be used by another guest if needed. Bedrooms include areas for clothes storage, bedside lamps, and additional outlets for charging devices.

The kitchen includes everything you should need during your stay, including dishes, utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker (and coffee!), bottle openers, glassware, toaster, etc.

The updated bathroom has a shower and tub with plenty of towels for all guests. There is shampoo and soap available for all guests.

There is a washer and dryer in the property that is available to use as well.

The shaded backyard area is perfect for those quiet evenings where you want to sit outside and relax or enjoy a meal.

The entire house is available for your use with the exception of any locked cleaning closets.

Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Shawna, is your local host. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.

The community fee listed on your reservation details reflects the additional taxes that the City of Lubbock requires us to charge. This 9% fee makes up for the City Hotel and Occupancy Tax of 7% and the Local Venue Tax of 2%. Please let us know if you have any questions.
