Please note that we will require ID copies, sent to our guest manager, Eddah before check-in.

Housekeeping is done on check-in and check out. If in need of housekeeping this can be arranged at an additional cost of Kshs 1,000. We do not have a laundry machine, however there is a laundromat nearby and we will have the details on a booklet.

In the event of a power outage, please be advised that the apartment does not have a backup generator running inside. Power supply is managed by the national grid, and any shortages or interruptions are beyond our control. While we understand that outages can be inconvenient, we recommend keeping essential devices charged. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.
