If an additional golf cart is needed, it must be rented through 30A Golf Cart Rentals, the only vendor authorized by the Prominence Association. Any other rented golf carts will be required to be returned or will be towed.

Each town along 30A has its own unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all!

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- A 6-seater golf cart is available for effortless beach-hopping and town exploring upon receipt of a signed waiver. Please inquire in advance. If an additional golf cart is needed, it must be rented through 30A Golf Cart Rentals, the only vendor authorized by the Prominence Association. - Quiet hours start at 10 PM – Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down during this time.
- There is no smoking or vaping permitted inside the home or anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a fine, along with the cost of any necessary cleaning, deodorizing, or damage repairs. Additional fees may apply if smoke remediation is required.

Parking Details:
- Two cars can be parked in the driveway, with a possible third parked laterally.
- Street parking is not allowed.
- Security will sticker improperly parked vehicles, and if not moved, they will be booted and towed at the owner's expense. Please do not block the neighbors' driveways or park on pine straw, plant beds, or grass. Violations are subject to towing per Prominence Association by-laws.
- Overflow parking is available at the community pool a block from the home or at the pool north of 30A in the Prominence subdivision.
- The golf cart is street-legal but cannot be parked in the street. Security will sticker improperly parked carts, and if not moved, they will be booted and towed at the renter's expense. Do not block driveways or park on sidewalks, pine straw, plant beds, or grassy areas. Violations are subject to towing per Prominence Association by-laws.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and a high chair available.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Listing very misleading!!

This place advertised “walk to the beach” and 5 bedrooms this was incorrect! It was NOT a short walk it was a drive to the beach!.. there was NO 5th bedroom! It was a room with no door and no closet and my guest had no room to stay in and it was very embarrassing!.. No drinks allowed in the poolHow is the house named “Walk to the Beach” with NO beach access? And no drinks allowed in the pool is ridiculous. “Security” is circling at all times to enforce it. There is a difference between family friendly and treating grown adults like they are spring breakers. And not having a door (and a closet) on an advertised bedroom is unacceptable. Other Issues:5th bedroom not advertised as bunk bedsOnly 1 bike for a 5 bedroom houseCeiling fans in upstairs bedroom and on outdoor porches are brokenCouch in living room is hard and uncomfortableThey have done nothing to make this right! Terrible customer service!.. Sham! Buyer beware!!
