• Open-concept living and dining area.
• Well-appointed kitchen with modern amenities.
• Master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom and direct access to an expansive terrace.
• Sliding doors in the second bedroom and living room open to the same terrace, showcasing panoramic views of the marina.

The community provides private security, offering you peace of mind and ensuring a safe and secure stay. This tranquil retreat offers a cool, serene escape, blending relaxation with the beauty of Roatán’s tropical paradise.
You’ll also have access to the Parrot Tree Plantation community beach—ideal for sunbathing, strolling, or simply basking in the tropical beauty. While the beach is not ideal for swimming, it remains a lovely spot to unwind and relax.
Important: that this condo does not include pool access.
Distance to Condo 1C:
-If you travel by plane, the distance from Juan Manuel Galvez Airport to the studio is 30 to 35 min.
-If you travel by ferry, the distance from the Galaxy Wave and Roatan Dream Ferry is 25 to 35 min.
As almost every location on the east side of the island, renting a car is a must to move around as there are no walking distance places.

*Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa.
*Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (4:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure.
*In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, ask your reservation assistant regarding the price for this service.
