For stays longer than 1 month, a weekly cleaning fee of $420 MXN is required. An incidentals deposit is also required upon check-in, with two options to choose from: 1) A one-time payment of $107 MXN or 2) A $1,500 MXN hold that will be released at the end of your stay if no damages are incurred (the actual amount released depends on your bank`s policies).

We love welcoming your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable stay for all, we require a refundable pet deposit of $1,000 MXN. This amount will only be used in case of any damages or messes during your stay. Our goal is to maintain a pleasant space for everyone, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
