Each bedroom is uniquely styled and features its own private en-suite bathroom, a mini fridge and microwave, ensuring privacy and convenience for all.
Upstairs room options include the Sun suite with a king bed and breakfast nook, the Sand suite with two queen beds, and the Sea suite with a queen bed along with access to a shared workstation in the common area for work or social connection. Downstairs options are Coral and Seashell suites with queen beds, patio access, and private entrances.
Inside, you’ll enjoy a modern open-concept layout with a full-size kitchen equipped with everything you need, including an espresso bar, island seating, and modern dining. The patio provides outdoor dining spaces perfect for gathering with family and friends.
The home also features Smart TVs in every room, high-speed Wi-Fi, central A/C throughout, and a private patio ideal for alfresco meals. You’ll also have access to a fully equipped laundry room, ample free on-site parking, and beach towels available with a refundable deposit.

You’ll be just minutes from grocery stores, cafés, boutique shopping, pharmacies, nightlife, world-class golfing, and 5-star dining experiences, making it easy to enjoy the very best Nassau has to offer.
You’re also just minutes from some of Nassau’s most beautiful beaches. The Sea Wall is just steps away and perfect for morning walks and sunset views, while nearby beaches include Goodman’s Bay (1.2 miles west), Colonial Beach (1.5 miles west), and Saunders Beach (1.75 miles east), which is especially family-friendly with calm waters and a playground. You’re also close to Arawak Cay and Junkanoo Beach (about 2.1–2.3 miles east), known for lively fish fry spots, local dining, music, and beach activities. Other nearby beaches like Jaws Beach, Paradise Beach, Aqua Beach, and Margaritaville Beach offer a variety of experiences ranging from quiet relaxation to vibrant island energy.
Getting around is easy, with taxis, ride-shares, and local buses readily available, and most attractions are within a short drive or walk.
