EMPLACEMENT
Les studios Lagoon sont situés au cœur d'Oranjestad, à seulement 2-3 minutes à pied de la plage publique (avec une ligne de plage d'environ 1 mile) et du centre commercial Seaport. De votre studio propre, moderne et élégant, vous pouvez également facilement vous rendre à pied aux restaurants, bars, discothèques, casinos, supermarchés et banques. Vous pouvez vous promener sur la plage publique en 2-3 minutes, où vous pouvez nager, boire un verre de vin, lire un livre, marcher sur la plage, alors détendez-vous.

L'ESPACE
Lagoon Studios est un nouveau concept unique. Les studios ont été entièrement rénovés en 2016 et donc très propres. Des lits king-size confortables, des téléviseurs intelligents à écran plat modernes, des climatiseurs écologiques et des salles de bains modernes avec eau chaude. Tous les studios sauf le n ° 3 sont équipés d'une cuisine complète et d'un espace de travail. Ceci est mon plus petit studio sans cuisine et sans réfrigérateur. Wifi gratuit, parking gratuit dans les zones de stationnement désignées, serviettes de plage gratuites, parasols et chaises de plage gratuits disponibles.

ACCÈS INVITÉ
Les clients peuvent utiliser les espaces communs en face des studios individuels. La machine à laver et le sèche-linge peuvent également être utilisés pour un petit supplément.

INCLUS
Nettoyage complémentaire inclus pour les séjours de plus de 7 nuits, wifi, chaises longues, serviettes de plage et parking sont inclus dans le prix de la location.

SÉCURITÉ
Lagoon Studios est sécurisé avec des caméras de sécurité et nous utilisons un système d'enregistrement automatique, où chaque client reçoit par e-mail un code d'entrée unique pour avoir accès à la porte d'entrée principale et à sa suite.

BON À SAVOIR
- Dans le tarif publié est de 15 USD par jour inclus pour l'électricité et l'eau. Une utilisation supplémentaire sera facturée au moment du départ. Un nettoyage hebdomadaire est complémentaire.
- Le tarif de ma chambre est basé sur une occupation d'une personne, pour une personne supplémentaire, vous payez 20 USD de plus par nuit.

Very detailed and great propriety. As described . Very welcoming host. He went the extra mile to guide us for spots of dinning, renting a car , what spots to visit. He offered to switch us to a bigger studio the last 2 nights but we missed the part that we would been charged the same as we would've stayed to that studio the entire time. Overall we highly recommend these studios .

You booked studio 3, please realize that this is my budget room and that this studio 3 was less expensive than studio 4 (appr Usd 50 per night less). Our host Rene was an absolute gentleman. He messaged us on the day we arrived and asked if, on the following morning, he could bring us breakfast and talk to us about the island. (Before I even get to breakfast, let me say that our unit and the Lagoon Studios grounds were incredibly clean and comfortable). The next day, we met with him over breakfast and he provided us with a map of not just Aruba, but also of downtown Oranjestad--and some of the local establishments that he and his wife Sharon enjoy best. The map was incredibly detailed and allowed us to walk (in 3-5 minutes) to some of the best spots in downtown Oranjestad. My wife and I are not resort-type people; and hence, Lagoon Studios was perfect for us: we thoroughly enjoyed the energy of Oranjestad and still had access to the remote beaches where the resorts are located. In short, we loved our stay on Aruba, and there is no question that we will be back at Lagoon Studios in the near future.

Aruba hospitality

I arrived in desperate need of a vacation that allowed me to relax. The Lagoon was amazing as it provided me the space to do so. Centrally located close to all major amenities within walking distance. My host and property manager were kind and greeted me as part of their family. The always had smiles and great suggestions on things to do. Absolutely would come again and recommend to others.

Quaint room for up to 2 people for a short stay

My dad and I had a wonderful stay here. Sharon and her husband were very friendly. Sharon was very accommodating. Our first morning, she brought us breakfast and helped plan out our days to visit the must see places of Aruba since we we only in Aruba for a few days. We stayed in the smallest room, but with a king bed, it was plenty for a short stay. There's shopping, beaches, casinos and restaurants that are walking distance. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and in a good, convenient area.

Perfect location

We stayed in apartment 1 and it had everything we needed. It was very clean and security was perfect the way it was set up. Not far walking to shopping and some restaurants. Sharon was incredible! She set us up with locations, places to see and visit. Sharon provided a map so we could see almost the entire island(rented a car for 3 days). A trip of a lifetime the wife and I will never forget!

Perfect Getaway

Manager Sharon communicated all vital information necessary for a smooth check-in process. Then she went way above and beyond by meeting with us the next morning, brought us breakfast, and assessed our interests - developed a plan to achieve the best / optimal experiences. She functioned as much more of a guide. We made a new friend in the process. We had the smaller studio, but it worked very well for us. Next time we might take a larger studio that comes with a fridge. The studios are perfectly located within walking distance to all downtown venues. Close to bus station - busses will take you most everywhere. Food was amazing Sharon guided us to the best places - we never had a bad meal. We will be back!

Quick Trip to Aruba

Sharon is extremely hospitable and will be there almost every morning to meet with guests and go over a map of Aruba. During this meeting, you will eat a complimentary breakfast and she will tell you places to go and set up tours for you to take. We stayed in her smallest room, which was well-decorated, clean and stocked with toiletries and towels. Depending on your length of stay, a cleaning lady will come in to provide a thorough cleaning of your room. This room is suitable for a single person or couple that doesn't have a lot of luggage or staying for a short amount of time, as there are no closets or storage spaces. The place felt safe and secure with security-code locks and external cameras. The grounds and communal spaces were always very clean and guest-friendly. The area is quiet and easily accessible to many restaurants and locations of interest. It's also close to the bus station, which was always helpful in getting anywhere in Aruba. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and would come back again.

This little gem was the perfect place to lay our heads after exploring Aruba!

This beautiful place is a few minutes walking distance to some great restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Sharon greets you when you arrive and even draws out a plan on a map of Aruba to help you decide what or where or when to go places. If you’re lucky enough to get one of her chicken empanadas, you’ll certainly return to this wonderful place on your return trip to Aruba.

Sharon, the owner, was very helpful upon our arrival. She gave us a run down on Aruba (restaurants, activities, beaches, transportation, etc.). The room was super clean. Has beach towels, beach chairs, beach cooler, for each resident and great condition. She is usually around each morning to ask questions but if not will get back to you in a short period of time by e-mail. She found out it was my birthday and had a cake delivered. And not just a cheap birthday cake. I would highly recommend the units to any vacationer. One of the best.

Very clean, beautifully furnished, quality property - a wonderful place to stay

Lagoon Studios is an old Aruban house that has been completely and tastefully updated with a modern bright feeling but at the same time has managed to keep the charm of the original property. We stayed in apartment 4 which was a spacious studio flat beautifully decorated and with a very large comfortable bed, a lovely shower room fully tiled with soft quality towels, a clean, bright kitchen area with brand new equipment and all set in a gated property providing a secure feeling. The whole finish of the property was extremely high. The outside shared area was fully tiled with a clever shaded courtyard allowing just enough sun through but providing ample shade. There was an outside table and chairs as well as other seats. Also provided was a washing machine and tumble dryer area with soap provided and an honesty box for visitors to contribute towards the costs. Sharon had thought of everything to make our stay very comfortable indeed including a cool box, beach chairs, a sunshade umbrella and very luxurious beach towels. We arrived very late so didn't meet Sharon until the following morning when she turned up with a beautiful breakfast :) as she knew we wouldn't have been able to get any food ourselves (thank you Sharon). Sharon was extremely helpful and friendly during our holiday giving us lots of information about places to visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Lagoon Studios to all. It is just a stone's throw from the marina and beach but set one road back from the main road through Oranjestad providing a quiet and peaceful central location to stay. Thank you Sharon
