Just a few steps through the garden area is the pool with a hot tub and gazebo. Just a short walk across the bridge and you’re on Avenida Anclote… home to multiple restaurants and shops. Just a few steps from there and you’re on our beautiful Punta Mita beach… great for swimming, paddle boarding, surfing, walking, yoga… you name it!

The condo has one bedroom featuring a pillow-top king size bed, ample clothing storage and AC.

The living area has a sectional sofa and a 50” wall-mounted smart TV.

The bathroom features a single sink vanity with plenty of counter-top storage as well as a large shower area.

The kitchen features a 5-burner electric range and oven, microwave, and coffee maker. The counter-height bar provides ample workspace, seating for 4 and opens up directly to the living area.

The bedroom, living room, dining area and kitchen all have AC.

On the patio, there’s a dining area that seats two.

Punta de Mita is home to numerous world-class restaurants, boutiques, surf breaks, and spa services, as well as excellent street food, indigenous culture and local artisan vendors. Most places in town are just a short stroll away, so no need for wheeled transportation. But if wheels are your thing, there are several golf cart rental vendors in town. Whale watching tours and boats trips to las Islas Marietas are available year-round. Massages and surfboard rentals are available on the beach.

Your stay includes cleaning once per week (not including laundry). The utility room has a stacked washer/dryer.

Ample parking is available anywhere in the complex.

Our condo building has 24-hour security. Punta Mita Hospital is a state of the art hospital with an emergency ward that is just 5 minutes away.
