Apartment Sviti (43 m2) is located on the second floor of the traditional town house and it is accessible by lift from the Town Square entrance. The other access to the apartment is from Fish Square by the Ljubljanica River, but only accessible only by stairs. The entrance to the apartment is then from the internal atrium of the building.

The air-conditioned Apartment Sviti Tour As was completely renovated in April 2024 with a focus on modern design and comfort. High ceilings in the living area offers a comfortable upholstered sofa that opens out into an extra bed for two (160 x 200 cm), a Smart TV, a dining counter and a work area with a writing desk. From the living room is an entrance to the bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and stairs leading to the gallery above the bedroom, where is another double bed (160 x 200 cm), but the height of the gallery is not standing. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer compartment, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin. In the spacious hallway with large wardrobes there is a washing machine. Next to the apartment in the inner atrium there is a garden table with two chairs.

The apartment also provides an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, bed linen, towels and wireless internet access.

Arrival takes place from 14:00 to 21:00 and departure up to 10:00. Guests are welcomed in person. For late arrival from 21:00 to 24:00 there is an additional fee of 30,00 EUR or self-check-in option free of charge. For arrival after 24:00 only self-check-in option is available.

The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).
