Quite relax and secure. We are in front 3 different Police stations and the presidential house. The beach is not crowded and limited for the public.
Juan Dolio is a very quiet community as well as active, there are places for all types of people, it is close to cities and options to visit that will make your stay unforgettable. Juan Dolio is sunny and fresh, green and white sand on the beach. Thousands of people visit us and fall in love forever with this paradise.
Very close to the house you will have restaurants, pharmacies, spas and clubs. Also nearby is Playa Esmeralda, Playa Caribe, excellent for people who love strong waves and surfboards and Guayacanes Beach. Also less than an hour away is Romana, which has airports, malls, Bayahibe Beach and all kinds of shops.
For golf lovers, in front of the residential area is the Metro Golf Country Club and 5 minutes away from Guavanerry Golf & Country Club and 25 minutes away from the most impressive golf course on the island in front of the sea at Nueva Romana Golf Club.
Next to the complex is the Tourist Police, the National Police and the Transit Police.
