Oceanfront condo with modern / Mexican style. Spectacular ocean view from the balcony, ideal for a few beers with friends, family or couples. Enjoy the pool and private sandy beach with walking access. BEST BAJA EXPERIENCE EVER!

Very close to downtown Rosarito, with many fun places and nightlife (about 1 mile south from Papas & Beer). Be close to the party scene, but far enough away to relax and enjoy the beach. FIESTA and RELAX in the same place!!

10 mins to Puerto Nuevo (Lobster Town).

The Space:
2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, equipped to host 6 people. The two bedrooms have cozy Queen Size beds with drawers under the beds.

In the room a sofa-bed to accommodate 2 more people (with extra pillows and blankets to rest comfortably). Opening the doors of the second bedroom you can enjoy spectacular ocean views and the sound of breaking waves.

The condo also has the following:
- Wifi inside the condominium and in the common areas.
- Room with large window to feel the breeze of the sea, armchair-bed, electric fireplace with heating and Smart TV (with the option of Netflix).
- Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, cups, glasses, plates, glasses, toaster, blender, cutlery and cooking utensils).
- Smart TV
- Modern dining room for 4 people.
- In the bathroom furniture, you will find sanitary paper, shampoo, body soap, hairdryer and basic articles for your stay.
- Iron and ironing board in the hall closet.
- Towels for bath and beach towels.
- MY FAVORITE PLACE!! The balcony with bar for 3 people with spectacular ocean view and its barbecue grill.

- Gas station and 7 eleven, steps from the condominium.
- 25 miles from San Diego, 30 miles from Valle de Guadalupe.

Getting Around:
Playas de Rosarito does not allow ride-sharing platforms like Uber or Didi.
We recommend using your own vehicle, taking a taxi, or contacting your host to arrange a chauffeur service.
