It is conveniently located across from the pool where you can lounge in the sun or enjoy a refreshing dip. Perfect for couples or small families! It is walking distance to the beach, dive shops, restaurants/bars/nightlife, and shopping. It offers open concept spacious living/dining room, fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, a/c, wifi, laundry facilities, parking and private balconies.

Electricity is an additional cost. The meter is read at check-in and then again at check-out, and charged at a cost of $0.42/kwh. Usage and amount owed is calculated at check-out and payment is due in cash please. If paying in USD, bills must be like new with absolutely no rips or tears. Our banks don’t accept the bills otherwise.

Cost varies based on consumption: $15-25/day. If you are conservative, and you turn the lights, fans and air conditioners off when you’re not not in the condo and use the ACs in the bedrooms at night only, the electricity should be on the lower end.
