Charming Studio in the Heart of the Romantic Zone - Studio B2
Please note the entire building has gone through a top to bottom renovation. Literally, everything is brand new. Please check back here soon for photos of the finished product or check out the listing for Unit A and adjacent Studio B1 in the same building for example finishes. In the meantime, weâve included some artist renditions to give you a sense for what the space will look like.
Discover the perfect getaway for friends or family in this spacious studio, ideally situated just a 13-minute stroll from the stunning Playa Olas Altas and minutes away from dozens of great restaurants, bars and art galleries. Designed for your comfort and convenience, this affordable retreat offers a blend of relaxation and accessibility.
Enter from a private entrance onto the shared patio and onwards into unit B2. Youâll be welcomed by a brand new and fully equipped tropical hardwood kitchenette with mid-size fridge freezer, microwave and a 4 burner induction cooktop. The space also includes a brand new en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, a full-size double bed and plentiful closet space. Step out onto the large secure patio, shared with the adjacent 2-4 person studio B1. The patio has a nice view across the rooftops to the ocean and nigh time fireworks but there is no view from inside the unit. The patio includes a comfortable sitting area and dining table for 4. Itâs a great spot to unwind with a book or enjoy your morning coffee. Think of it as your outdoor living and dining room where you can embrace the tradition of indoor-outdoor living which is so typical in PV's near perfect climate.
Want two full bedrooms? Rent Studio B1 and B2 together (listed as Unit B, 2 bedrooms). While they enjoy separate entrances they share the patio area so making it perfect for a group of up to 6 people.

- The patio for Studio B2 is shared with the adjacent 2-4 person Studio B1. Each unit has its own separate entrance. If you are traveling with others you can book both B1 and B2 as a 2-bedroom under our listing for "Unit B"
- The window and patio door for B2 open onto the shared patio. Sheer curtains and nighttime blackout curtains are provided for your privacy
- Because our units are pet friendly it is possible that there could be pets sharing the patio area from the adjacent unit, though most bookings don't include any pets
- There is a nice view from the patio across old town towards the ocean but there is not a view from inside this unit. For panoramic views from a large private roof deck complete with outdoor kitchen please check out our listing for Unit C in the same building
- Due to space constraints there is no wash basin inside the bathroom (there is a toilet and good size walk-in shower) so guests use the kitchen sink which is right outside the bathroom door to wash hands and brush their teeth
- The kitchenette has a mid-sized fridge freezer, microwave and 4 burner induction cooktop but no oven
- The property is located in a vibrant, urban neighborhood, meaning occasional noise is possible during certain hours. Guests booking agree to this condition.

Iâve hosted VRBO and Airbnb guests for about eight years at my Lakeside cottage in New Hampshire. Having visited PV many times I absolutely fell in love with it and decided to spend 4 to 6 months a year here. Hence the purchase of this property In 2024 that I now share with you!
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
Iâm in love with Zona Romantica. This particular area is more quiet and residential, but just a short walk from all the action. It also has great views because itâs up on the hillside. Though not so far up that you have a big hike contend with!

The amazing tree! Outdoor spaces in the upper units B1, B2 and C. Private roof deck with outdoor kitchen and stunning views in the penthouse, unit C. Everything brand new December 2024.
