Entreprise familiale situé au centre de Magic Landings communauté fermée, cette maison privée se trouve à seulement 20 minutes ou moins de toutes les attractions d'Orlando, dont Disney Theme Parks, Epcot, Universal Studios, Sea World, Animal Kingdom, et l'aéroport international d'Orlando. Aussi près du centre commercial Florida, Outlet Malls, Walmart, toutes sortes de magasins et restaurants sur l'International Drive et The Loop, concerts et événements à Osceola Heritage Park, et des terrains de golf populaires.

Chambres (4): 2 chambres à coucher, une avec un lit King et deuxième avec lit Queen, à la fois avec 32''flat écran Smart TV, salles de bains, et un ventilateur de plafond. L'un des maîtres avec un bain de jardin. Les deux maîtres ont des portes qui mènent directement à un dépistage dans la piscine. La maison dispose de 2 chambres supplémentaires, une avec des lits jumeaux et l'autre avec un grand lit, deux avec 32 '' écran plat Smart TV, et un ventilateur de plafond. Une grande salle de bains supplémentaire partagée par ces 2 chambres.

Salle à manger et cuisine: belle salle à manger avec une nouvelle grande table, 6 chaises et un éclairage zénithal. Un joli petit bar qui peut accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires. Cuisine équipée avec cuisinière, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, ustensiles, plats, casseroles et poêles, cafetière et tasses à café.

Buanderie: lave-linge et sèche-linge, paniers à linge et un grand espace pour plier votre linge

Garage: converti en salle de jeux avec table de billard, 52 '' TV, ventilateur de plafond

Great spot close to Silver spur Arena

House is set up nicely. R bedrooms, one has 2 twin beds in it. 2 rooms have private bath and the other two rooms share a bathroom.

Spacious home, great floor plan. Kitchen was FULLY stocked with everything, best experience in that area. There were plenty of towels, overall home was well appointed. Not really an issue or concern, the ad was not clear that communication was needed for heating of pool/spa and not included with the stay. Plenty of outdoor seating, available grill was very nice. Would stay here again.

Our stay was very nice. Just a couple incidentals that may not matter to some but made a difference in our stay. First the heating of the pool took 48 hours although we were charged for all the days there it was only usable 3 of the 5 days. Once the pool/ spa heated it was nice.The internet PW never worked and as we hoped to watch some pivotal football games we were unable to

Really enjoyed the property. The house is beautiful. Loved that the pool had a nice temperature. Wished the jets were more powerful in the hot tub. The garden tub was perfect for relaxing and super convenient that everyone had their own bathroom. Definitely would rent again.

Its a great place to stay. Only small issue that came up was something hung on the wall randomly fell and startled me in the shower. But the grill and pool were amazing. Very nice neighborhood

My family and friends were all so happy with our stay. What I personally appreciated the most was the owners fast response. Within minutes they replied back to my few questions I had, before, during, and after stay. Just for this i would recommended to anyone. It's in a very nice location, perfect for what we needed. Listing didnt show pictures of the whirlpool, so that was a very nice surprise. Excellent eating options near the neighborhood, no need to travel far. Very easy check in and instructions. I can go on with how happy we were. Another wonderful surprise is how spacious all rooms were!! Recommended 100%

We had a GREAT 5-night stay! Everything was as expected. Communication with the owner prior to our stay was top notched. Audrey was very quick to respond to any questions that I had. An email was received that contained all of the needed information about the rental a few days prior to arrival. We did not have to contact anyone while staying at the house and did not encounter any issues during our stay. There is also a binder at the house that contains all the pertinent information you need. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. Abundance of towels and kitchen utensils and glasses, cups, silver ware and gadgets. Very well stocked! Two coffee makers; A single cup Keurig and one to make a whole pot. The dishwasher and washer and dryer are added benefits as well. The home is located in a gated community, and you use a code to get in. The neighborhood is quiet although there seemed to be a lot of cars but had no problems getting around. The home has 4 bedrooms and two are suites with private bathrooms. There were six in our party, and we used all four bedrooms. We all felt that we had privacy since each bedroom is in a corner of the house and we enjoyed the living room, TV area and the dining room for our meals. We only used the pool on one day. The pool needs to be resurfaced and was told that it was scheduled for this year to complete. Highly recommend. Audrey was not only efficient but a pleasure to work with. Felt like home while we were there!

Beautiful House

This is a beautiful home very close to the Osceola Heritage park and about 30-45 minutes to Disney. It is very easy to find, the host was very easy to communicate with, it is very clean, spacious (the kids pretty much had their own suite), and we had a wonderful time. Some storms cut our pool day short but we were still able to enjoy the pool for a bit and then grill for dinner. It was a short stay but we enjoyed ourselves and the kids loved their first time at Disney.

Nice community

The property was very nice for two of us and would be great for a family. There were four bedrooms and they were separated around the perimeter of the livingroom areas. I did have to request the codes to access the property on the morning of my arrival which I feel was a bit remiss. However, we had no trouble accessing the front gates or the property itself once those came. When we arrived there were no towels in any of the bathrooms, but we did find a closet full of them in one of the bathrooms with a bit of exploration. For Christmas day, I was baking something and realized I hadn't asked my daughter for a cheese grater. There WAS one here. So grateful for that because VRBO's do not often have a lot of cooking things in a kitchen. Unfortunately, we were in Florida during the cold snap and couldn't use the back patio or pool, but it looked lovely. I would definitely come back to try it another time.

Room for improvement

Location of the house is really perfect, everything is quickly accessible via the Florida's Turnpike (toll road) House is spacious and fully equipped, an abundance of crockery, towels etc. Everyone has their own idea of cleanness, but we did not think it was clean, we put all the crockery in the dishwasher before use, many plates and cutlery still had stains and food residues on them. As also between the cushions of the sofa. A lot of dust, especially on the spacious curtains, difficult for people with allergies. The mattresses in bedroom 3 (Queen size) and 4 (King size) really need to be replaced, they are far too soft and do not provide any support. Leakage in the toilet in room 3 was quickly repaired after telephone contact with Audrey. The garage that would have been converted into a games room is not accessible! Audrey asked and she told that it was constantly broken and therefore no longer available. Then remove it from the ad but to this day it is in the description of the house. 2 of the 4 lounge chairs were completely worn out. Asked Audrey to renew and she responded very quickly and ordered new pillows, unfortunately the wrong one. Maintenance man would come by to measure the seats to order the right ones but saw no one or heard from Audrey again, very unfortunate! Pool screen broken in 2 places so that basically everything can fly in. Audrey informed and sent photos. Top layer of pool bottom is peeling off leaving you walking on the grit, a bit shabby. Conclusion: The house has many advantages but is also in urgent need of maintenance. Photos in the advertisement are dated and give a distorted picture.

Need to change house cleaning service

The property is nice but had problems with sugar ants. Trash can had crumbs under trash bag in kitchen. Stove oven had leftover onion rings inside. Refrigerator had spills of liquids. Crumbs inside of sofa. I cleaned the trash can, refrigerator, and sofa then set off a bug fogger while we were out of the house. The house is nice but the cleaning service needs to go!!!!

Wat een geweldig huis was dit! Genoeg slaapkamers en badkamers, alles super schoon en een meer dan complete invertaris. En niet te vergeten het mooie zwembad waar we van genoten hebben! Dikke tien!
