- Do not have any more guests than stated in your reservation, without prior approval. Having a total number of people greater than the max occupancy is ground for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
- NO loud music and NO Parties (No exceptions) . The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and the whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep.
- Do not attempt to access any other unit, they are all separate short term rentals.
- If you open, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
-Please ensure to leave the lock in locked mode as it will lock immediately when you leave the unit.
