Ceci est un appartement unique d'une chambre située au cœur de la vieille ville coloniale, dans la paroi du 16ème siècle, un pâté de maisons de la célèbre couvent de Santa Clara, souvent en vedette dans Garcia Marquez'novels, et maintenant un hôtel 5 étoiles. Il offre une vue imprenable sur la Bovedas Square Las, où ils vendent toutes sortes de métiers colombiens d'origine, et il fait face à l'ancien mur et une vue magnifique coucher de soleil sur les Caraïbes. Il a été conçu par deux célèbres artistes espagnols qui vivent en Espagne et utilisés de façon sporadique pendant les vacances. Ce est un luxueux appartement avec toutes sortes de commodités, i. e. à large bande à Internet WIFI, TV satellite à écran LED, appels nationaux gratuits, laver et sèche-linge, de la climatisation, d'un four, le nettoyage quotidien, etc, etc, etc.

L'appartement est situé au cœur du centre-ville coloniale, quelques pâtés de maisons de restaurants, bars et cafés mais toujours dans un quartier résidentiel relativement calme. Vous pouvez voir et entendre l'océan et prendre un bain dans la proximité, littéralement une centaine de verges, plage.

Lovely stay

Leslie the property manager was very helpful and made some great recommendations on activities in Cartagena. Property was clean just a little different than being in a hotel more personal interactions. Location is great and walking or short taxi ride to most places of interest. Couldn’t give 5start for cleanliness, but apartment was clean some of the facilities bashes were a little less standard than USA

Everything was wonderful except for the last week. The apartment next-door was under heavy construction and it woke us up early every morning. I wish we would’ve known that in advance we would’ve changed our dates.

Incredible Place

Loved everything about the property. Just FYI - if you will be planning on having friends over to the property for a drink or dinner to mention that while you complete the application process. If they are not checked in prior to your arrival, they will not be able to enter the property.

I stayed in the this one bedroom place and couldn't have loved it more! It has everything you could want in a rental: it's big, clean and in a great location. I'd recommend everyone stay here.

Needs Improvement

Five day stay: Great Location Overall, very spacious and clean for the two of us. Noisy construction in the Apartment next to us was a bother. Tired Cupboards, wonky doors. Laundry detergent and dish liquid not supplied. Could not light gas Stove even with the mini-matches and range hood vent didn't seem to have a switch???Microwave: had to always unplug to stop it. Very hot water available in bathroom, but only lukewarm water in kitchen!!Bed was comfy, the many pillows were not. The two air conditioners and two ceiling fans were ample to balance the apartment for the humid hot days. Requires upgrading to bring it back to what it may have been.

The apartment was nice, it wasn’t exactly as it showed in the pictures but it was nice enough where it wasn’t an issue. The only downfall to our stay in that apartment was the bed. It was essentially a thin bed pad on top of a box spring. We slept uncomfortably for the majority of our stay. The neighborhood was beautiful aside from getting jumped by vendors every block To buy something or book a tour.

First time in Cartagena

We loved our stay in this apartment. It was close to everything and they were super responsive to our every need. It was very handy to have the little store downstairs which somehow had most everything you could need! We adored our 'maid' Irina. She was delightful and did an excellent job. She even went and brought us lunch one day!! Awesome.

Good Time

We enjoyed our stay at his lovely apartment in the heart of Cartagena. The location was excellent and service was great. The decorations were superb. The only thing missing were some paintings that were on the website. This is good value for the money. We recommend it.

Cartagena Trip

from the moment we booked our trip, the communication was great and on time. Once we arrived, both host and staff were available to answer any questions we had. They greeted us with a gift basket, which was very kind of them. They were able to provide cleaning services at your request. The area is not crowded which was good for us. It was quiet the whole time during our stay. We will definitely book them again and highly recommend them.

In the walled city of Cartegena

Our experience was excellent. The staff was helpful and informative on arrival. We had a basket of fruit and water waiting for us, which was a wonderful surprise as we arrived late. The decor was uplifting and the surrounding made this a pleasant stay. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the property and the eye to detail on lines, surfaces and lighting. I would come and stay again next time we visit Colombia.

Beautiful apartment! Great location - Strict on unregistered visitors

This is a great place to stay when visiting Cartagena. It is very secure and quiet so you will sleep great at night. However, you will not be able to bring any unregistered guest to visit you not even during the day. So, this is almost like a prison as my family was not allowed in. other than that is great if you are never going to have friend or family over while you are in town.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT, FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!

I HIGHLY recommend you stay at his place while in Cartagena. Look no further. The location within the old city walls is ideal, the apartment is very modern (ice cold A/C was fantastic!) and very well appointed, and the penthouse level is amazing! Sweeping views of the entire city, with a small private pool and jacuzzi to relax in while taking in the views of the ocean on one side and city center on the other. The owner, Alberto and his on site staff are extremely kind and helpful. We felt right at home from the moment we go there. We will be coming back!!!

My first impression of the building was very disappointing and distasteful when entering the building. When walking pass security there is cracked cement and throughout the walk up the stairs there were water bugs on the ground. Some of the furniture in the apartment was very outdates and overly used. The towels and sheets felt very old and bright white sheets and towels should be used. The host and housekeeper were very pleasant and accomodating.

The perfect place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Cartagena ! Booking was super easy and Alberto was very helpful in the process. When we arrived, Christina was there to meet us and make sure we got settled in. Christina also made sure we had everything we needed and was very helpful to us for the whole week. Thanks Christina! The location is great in the NE section of the old walled city. Close to a large supermarket (Exito) for everything you could possibly want. The location and unit were quiet enough to allow for a good nights sleep and the AC worked great, which was wonderful after a day out in hot and humid Cartagena. Make sure to take a day trip to Playa Blanca - a very nice beach about an hour away. Thanks Alberto! We hope to stay here again. Dan & Philip Seattle, WA

Modern, clean and convenient

My wife and I just returned from Cartagena and had an absolutely wonderful time. Really topping off our stay was the accommodations. If you are coming to Cartagena I would highly recommend this property. To begin, the apartment is very modern, updated and comfortable. For the two of us, it was perfect. Also, being within the old city, it was very convenient to walk and explore and taste (there is no shortage of fantastic restaurants within the area). Alberto and his staff were more than accommodating and made you feel right at home. One small item, however, do not judge 'a book by its cover.' When arriving, the facade of the building is a bit rough, however this is only the exterior leading to a real gem! We will be back, highly recommended!!!

Great sunset location within city walls!

The host had excellent communication with us from the moment we confirmed the reservation. Instructions and details were accurate and clear. We were greeted at our arrival by one of the host who was kind enough to hold onto our luggage while we explored the city until it was time to check in. Place was as described, lots of storage. Washer and dryer in unit was helpful. There was a small convenience store on the first floor of the building, next to the security desk, that had all types of drinks and snacks. The location was a few steps from the wall where you could see the sunset. It was also walking distance for the majority of the restaurants and attractions yet far enough to have a peaceful retreat from the crowds. Very spacious. Would definitely recommend!!

Clean, Convenient, Relaxing and Stylish

I had a perfect one week stay at this property. The unit is clean and well furnished. I love the huge pieces of art in the apartment and I had several Catagenian(?) guests that visited me that were really impressed with the style. Both air conditioners work well to keep you cool when you need it. I tried to be a good guest and only use them when necessary because electricity is expensive here. You can get excellent cross ventilation from the two balconies through the front door. The door is gated so you can lock the gate and leave the door open while you are inside. The neighborhood is totally safe, the building has pleasant 24 hour security and the building is mostly local tenants, but not exclusively. It is very close to dozens of restaurants and a leisurely walk to site seeing areas and shopping areas. I also have to commend then property managers. All three, Marta, Christina and Franklin,who live in the apartment just down the hall are tremendously helpful and very friendly. I had cleaning everyday which I don't normally expect when I rent an apartment. I was able to borrow extra towels for the beach and every time I talked to them, they always ask me if there is anything more they can do and to please just ring the bell if I need anything any time of the day or night. Much different than the service you find elsewhere in the city. I will stay here again the next time I am in Cartagena.
