The tall privacy fence surrounds a spacious 1/8 acre (500 meter) yard complete with a beautiful pool and covered parking for your exclusive use.

The main house features 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. A separate guest casita features a third bedroom and bathroom.

The kitchen is stocked with essential equipment, dish service for 6, plastic dishes and utensils for kids, plastic cups for around the pool, blender, rice cooker, cooking bowls, charcoal water filter, and coffee maker.

Beds have hotel quality 100% cotton linens, fleece blankets, and temperature regulating mattress pads.

Each bedroom and the living room have new AC and ceiling fans.

There is a TV in the living room of the main house where you can log onto your personal Netflix and other channel accounts.

All mattresses are new and comfy!

Bedroom #1 features a queen bed.

Bedroom #2 has a king size bed which can be easily separated into two size beds upon request.

Bedroom #3 in the guest casita features a queen bed.

Washer and dryer included in home.

Families are welcome, with children who are proficient at swimming due to the ungated pool.

Wifi is steady fiber-optic, the best in Costa Rica.

The home is an eco-oasis featuring organic, locally made, essential oil infused toiletries: hand soap, gel body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Natural, locally made cleaning products are available and used as much as possible.
