Notre confortable petit appartement est proche de l'Université du Texas dans un quartier éclectique animé avec de nombreux excellents restaurants, cafés, bars, divertissements, épicerie et magasin d'alcool seulement à l'intérieur des blocs. rampe de lancement parfaite pour votre aventure Austin! Peu min à pied de la célèbre 6th St. et West Lynn. Près ACL, SXSW etc.
Vous allez adorer le quartier! Parfait pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires, les familles (avec enfants) et amis à fourrure (animaux de compagnie). Un avant-goût de la vie urbaine dans un quartier calme et sûr.
Une chambre avec un lit Queen et 2 lits jumeaux dans le salon (lit de repos) + un futon. Pour 4 personnes. Draps confortables. 1 mile à pied de la navette pour ACL ou tout simplement 1, 5 km à pied de la porte d'entrée à Zilker Park pour ACL!

Le vélo est un moyen très populaire pour se déplacer au sein de Clarksville et les régions voisines. Il y a tellement de restaurants et les attractions à proximité, que pour certains résidents Clarksville, la marche est un moyen facile d'obtenir la région.
Si vous préférez prendre le bus, Capital Metro Route 9 traverse Clarksville.

Perfect location for ACL

Super tiny place, but good enough for our stay. It was clean, the AC worked well, comfortable mattresses and super nice neighborhood. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a dishwasher, but not a big deal. The host was very helpful

Great stay in Austin for ACL Festival!!!

This property housed me and two of my friends for ACL Fest 2024. We had a great time. It was a central location and we were able to get to and from ACL by scooter or Lyft and were able to get back pretty easily. West 6th street is not a far ride and was definitely worth it to go to! The owner of this property gave me clear instructions ahead of time prior to my stay and was very quick when messaged/asked questions. I had a great time at this property!

Unsanitary and unsafe property

We booked this property for two weeks but left after two nights. The property was unsanitary (bed was on the floor and the boxspring had blood stains and was ripped, all the fire alarms were dismantled, the oven was on for three days at 350 degrees even though the knob showed it was off, the windows had screws on them to prevent them from opening, there were outlets without covers and an array of cords all connected to one outlet). Additionally, the outdoor furniture advertised was rusty and had sharp edges so was not useful, the washer/dryer area was locked, and there was only one trashcan for recycling and two for trash for a four unit property so the trash and recycling were out of the cans and attracting flies. My husband and I also ended up with flea bites and had to leave the property after two nights and then returned three days later to retrieve our belongings after finding other accommodations. I sent a text to the owner explaining all the issues and she did send a handyman to fix the fire alarms and the stove, but due to the sanitary condition, we had to leave. It took a threat of me reporting the owner to the City of Austin Code Enforcement for her to refund me the second weeks payment. We were still out the first weeks payment even though we had had to leave after two days. Do not stay at this property.

Great locations and very functional

We had a great time in the neighborhood exploring Austin. Great location with easy access to downtown and a quaint neighborhood with grocery, coffee, bars and restaurants.

Excellent Location

I really enjoyed the location of this vrbo. It's a super quick drive from downtown, and you can walk to a few restaurants and grocery store. The apartment itself was pretty good. Has pretty much everything you would need. My only issue is with the mattresses/beds/sofa. They all seemed to be quite old and should definitely be replaced.

Great Austin Spot

Great little spot my wife and I stayed at for almost two weeks before we moved into our house. Location is perfect. You’re about 5 mins from everything you need (downtown, bars, restaurants etc). Mireille was very accommodating and easy to communicate with as well!

Visiting city

Location was best part, other than that the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The living space lacked comfort for us. The neighborhood was great for walking the dog and in between two great trails. There is a new grocery store a block away, Fresh Plus.

Very cozy

I loved it... I fell in love with it immediately. It's a little nest to get some rest and recuperate. That said, there are neighbors who don't like loud talking or music so we had to do all of our partying out and then come back and go to bed. All in all, it was a nice weekend get-away.

Not impressed, might be ok for some

I've got mixed feelings about my stay and overall I am not impressed. The main reason I stayed here is to experience Austin during a business visit and stay near 6th street. I thought I hit a jackpot when I saw the following in the property description: Few min walk to famous 6th St. and West Lynn Wholefoods Market is only minutes away on foot The first statement is misleading (the interesting part of 6th street is at least 35 mins walk) while the second statement is totally false (20 mins walk). The apartment is feels old and is also small (like it mentions cozy in a few places), so might struggle if there are two or more people staying. The bathroom was really tiny. Could've used few more cloth hangers (there were only 2 in the closet). Maybe if it gets renovated, might have a few more things going for this place. On the positive side, the area was interesting even if it was totally residential with just a few shops nearby. Stay wasn't too expensive. Loved the e-locks. Running trails were nearby as well.

Tiny, clean, convenient location

Our family of 4 stayed here for two nights. It's one of 3 or 4 units an old house but it (ground floor) has been kept clean and has new paint and an updated bathroom. It's quite small, a cute one person apartment, but it worked for our weekend. The location was great, everything seemed just minutes away. There were several restaurants down Lynn but nothing close enough to walk to besides those. UT was 5 minutes as was Congress and the highway. The only complaint we had was that the couch/bed was REALLY squeaky. I couldn't move without waking everyone up. The trundle bed was great for my kids and the snoring husband got the bedroom. They seemed fine with their beds. The AC in the kitchen was super loud so we didn't run it and the one in the family room was stuck on 67 so we were a bit cold when we slept. We didn't use the kitchen but it has a lot of space and was clean. Overall, it's a clean small place in a good location (unless you want to walk to everything). Note to the owner - maybe replace the bedframe, they're only like $100 on amazon, and the ac in the kitchen might be about to go out.

Perfect Spot

This space is the perfect spot to get anywhere near downtown Austin. There were 3 of us and had more than enough room. Would definitely stay again!!!

Wonderfully quaint!

This cute place was very well kept and in such an awesome location/neighborhood - so many great places to eat and hang out downtown! The property owner was great and very responsive.

Wonderful!!!

I rented this property for my sisters and cousin. They come to town every year for Pecan Street Festival. The house was fantastic. Wonderfully clean and very well done. My sisters asked me to rent this place for them again for next year. They were very happy there. To be fair I didn't sleep there but was there for a good part of the time they were there. All reports were that the beds were very comfortable. I'd stay there in a heartbeat. Great location as it's central to everything. Looking forward to renting it again.

Great apartment in a beautiful Austin neighbourhood

Great apartment in a beautiful Austin neighbourhood. Close to some great resaurants, university is approx a mile or a pleasant 20 min walk. Lots of space for a family and a nice little porch to sit outside. The apartment is clean and comfortable, beds are great, plenty of towels, and kitchen is adequately stocked. The only down side, it can be a little noisy at times with the busy road. Would definately stay here again and would recommend to others.
