Location Location Location! Enjoy privacy around the firepit or venture out for fun! Never a dull moment! You can head out for the day and enjoy a variety of activities, then come back to the house for a piecful and quiet night on the deck. Two Lake access points are only one block from the house. You can chose to fish off the bank or take your boat in at the local boat ramp. (Mile marker 15) Also, you can venture out to close popular attractions! For a relaxing and fun meal, two miles away is Pebble Bay Club Grill. You can enjoy a meal, play pickleball and cornhole while looking at the lake view. Perfect for families. There are mamy nearby attractions. Enjoy the castle ruins, trails and kayak rental at HaHa Tonka State Park (3.5 miles), for the sports fanatic, Ball Parks National (8 miles), reserve a tour for Bridal Cave (7 miles), kayak to Onyx Cave( accessible by kayak only), visit Super Splash USA Waterpark (11 miles), enjoy some sips at Riverbird Winery (5.7 miles). If you would like to go swimming, enjoy sandy beaches at Public Public Beach 2, in the Grand Glaize area of the Lake of the Ozarks State Park off Highway 54 west of the Grand Glaize bridge. (14.5 miles). The Larry Gale Boat Ramp is only ( 7.5 miles) up hwy 54 for snagging, other fishing needs. The local boat ramp is one block from the house if you wish to fish closer to Ha Ha Tonka. For the golf fanatics, one of America's spectacular golf courses, The Old Kinderhook course is only two and a half miles away!! Great for families or a private get away.
Nestled on the Lake of the Ozarks in Camdenton, this property boasts a tremendous location, perfect for a relaxing getaway in a quiet community.
This cozy house is walking distance to a grassy edge on the Lake of the Ozarks to fish from the edge or to take your kayaks into the water. There is also a local boat ramp or if you want to get in further up the lake, you can go to the boat ramp at the Larry Gail access. Finish your eveings on a private deck or sit around the fire pit. You will be cozy here with two queen beds and one full bed for a comfortable stay. With heating, WiFi, a washing machine, and AC, guests will have everything they need.

This is a quiet neighborhood but also close tocaves, hiking, lake access, shopping and restaurants. It has the best of both worlds. You can relax on the deck or around the firepit, but also head out for a variety of fun things!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Location! This house is located in a quiet neighborhood in which you can walk down to a grassy, flat area on the lakes edge to put your kayak in or sit at the picnic table and look at the lake. If you have a motorized boat, the Larry Gail access boat ramp is a short 7 mile drive up the highway. You can even park your boat and trailer next to the house in the designated grassy area until you head out!! You can go snagging, skiing, cruising on the lake or whatever your heart desires from the Larry Gail Access boat ramp. If you like to hike, go see the castle ruins, or a natural spring, you can take a short drive of three miles from the house to Haha Tonka Park. Golfers can enjoy the Old Kinderhook golf course! It is two and a half miles away. Cool the kids off with an eleven mile drive to Super splash waterpark! Are you looking for a romantic afternoon? Riverbird Winery by Shawnee Bluff is only 6 miles away.
