Stunning Oceanfront 3 bedroom house with Generator and Pool Heater!
Presenting an exquisite 3-bedroom oceanfront home nestled in the heart of Cable Beach. Thoughtfully refurbished from head-to-toe with exceptional style & comfort in mind, this Bahamian paradise is perfect for your next getaway with family or friends. With access to the ocean within the community and your own private pool in your own large spacious patio, you can indulge in sun-soaked days overlooking our famous turquoise waters.
Within walking distance to restaurants, bars, a food & liquor stores, a car is simply not necessary though handy if you plan to explore the island!
This spectacular fully renovated villa is situated within a small gated, private community of 15 homes offering the ultimate getaway for your special vacation.
Step into your private courtyard oasis, where you'll enjoy front-row views of the breathtaking famous Bahamian waters. Relax by the newly installed adorable pool with the option of a heater for those chilly waters in the winter months, savour meals in the covered outdoor dining area, and unwind with ample seating perfect for lounging and socializing.Â
Just a 2mn walk away from the house, within the community, youâll have access to the ocean and small private beach (no need to walk on the main road!), where you can enjoy wonderful swimming and snorkeling in the beautiful waters of the Bahamas! You can launch the kayaks and paddleboard provided from here too!
The community beach does come and go depending on the different wave surges and the direction they move but ocean access is always available! Should the beach have shifted, there are big flat rocks and a slipway with steps into the water; there is usually a little bit of the beach when low tide!
A much larger and sandy beach is approximately a 5mn walk up the road, opposite the main Sandyport plaza.
Inside, the villa features an extremely well-equipped kitchen with a new French door fridge and new double gas oven that leads to an elegant island style dining area which flows into a spacious, light, airy and comfortable living room, ideal for relaxing or entertaining.
A powder room for convenience is on the first level too.
On the second level, you'll find three large, en-suite bedrooms, each with its own bathroom:
âą The luxurious master suite boasts a king-size bed and a private balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a sunset aperitif with endless views of the famous beautiful Bahamian ocean. Â
âą The second bedroom is elegantly furnished with a king-size bed, offering both style and comfort. Ocean and garden views.
âą The third bedroom embodies island style with two queen-size beds and its own private balcony overlooking the community's tropical garden.

HOUSE PROXIMITY:
The property is ideally situated close to popular restaurants, bars, cafĂšs, a food and liquor stores, gym, and pharmacy, all walking distance at Sandyport Old Town and The Blue Sail restaurant/bar opposite. Plus, you're just a 5/8 minute drive from the world-renowned Baha Mar Resort where you can find even more dining, casino, entertainment, and excitement, including their fun water park.
Atlantis on Paradise Island and all its restaurants, bars and water park, is approximately a 20 to 30mns drive, very much depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.
Just a few minutes walk away is a pretty, much larger sandy beach. Overlooking this beach is The Blue Sail, a popular restaurant/beach bar, where you can grab a drink or bite of lunch without having to go back home and disrupt your beach time, should you wish!
This villa has been lovingly refurbished with great attention to detail for all necessary needs and packed with convenient amenities, including high-speed WiFi, a new washer and dryer, and a complete set of bath and beach towels for each guest. Plus, your host will be on hand to assist with any local questions and can advise on airport transfers to make your stay even more seamless. Â

20kw generator with automatic transfer switch installed to keep your vacation home comfort uninterrupted during the often well known Bahamian power outages!
POOL HEATER:
There is a heater for the pool as the water can get pretty chilly during the winter months; should it be required, the charges will be:
$50 set at 85°f per day
$75 set above 85° if required per day
$100 per day if the heater is required to continue longer than the daily setting of the pool pump which needs to be running in order for the heater to operate.
I'd also like to point out that this is not a jacuzzi so the heat will not be as hot as one!
TWO kayaks and one paddleboard are at the house to add to your fun filled days, along with snorkeling gear, beach chairs and a beach umbrella!
This is a 100% self catering home but start up toilet tissue, paper towel, wash up detergent plus dishwasher detergent, coffee, olive oil, tea and sugar provided but please note, once these run out it is then up to the guests to supplement what they need thereafter.
I will, if possible, be there to welcome you and familiarize you with everything. If I am unable to be there for your arrival, there is a lockbox with house keys for your convenience....a list of "things you need to know" will be sent to you once a booking is made plus there will be a house manual for your reference. I will be available during your stay should you need any further assistance to ensure you have a wonderful holiday in our treasured home and country!
A final note!
We live on an island and every now and then there may be works going on by the main water board which could involve the main island's water supply being temporarily turned off....please understand this is out of my control and therefore does not warrant reimbursements...I have installed a water pressure pump which is a tremendous help should the water pressure dip due to works going on.....if the power goes out for any reason, we are covered with a generator but unfortunately there are no options for water back ups. It does not happen often but the pressure pump really helps if it does!
Our home is located in a quiet, secure gated community in Cable Beach, right next to the well-known Sandyport area. This is one of Nassau's most desirable neighborhoods- popular with both locals and visitors for its calm atmosphere, beautiful beaches, and family-friendly vibe.
The property is not located near the hecticness of downtown!... the neighborhood is residential and safe, you can feel confident exploring nearby beaches, restaurants, and shops.
