The property rental includes the main house

There is an adjacent apartment with a separate entrance, which is also available to rent for an additional fee based on availability (1 bdrm, 1 bath, kitchen and private entrance)

The perfect space to enjoy a morning cup of Costa Rican coffee and listen to the waves from a distance!

It’s the ultimate space for a relaxing beach vacation, with easy access to the beach, community pool adjacent to the house to cool off on hot days, and large tropical oasis yard with gorgeous flowers and fruit, as well as beautiful Costa Rican birds, and sometimes monkeys.

It’s also set up for a comfortable and relaxing working vacation for digital nomads, complete with the highest speed internet available in the area, mesh routers to ensure strong signal throughout the property, and 2 dedicated work stations including monitors, USB splitters, and more to make for the perfect working retreat.

WiFi:

The house is equipped with Smart TVs and High Speed Internet, complete with mesh routers throughout the housing to ensure strong signal in every room. We recommend a VPN connection to sign in and access your subscription services on the TVs.

Kitchen:

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with all the essentials: large fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot and dishwasher, plus thoughtful appliances to make your stay enjoyable and complete including blender, food processor, rice cooker, and toaster. Additionally, an array of spices, tons of food storage options, bamboo cutting boards, stainless steel baking trays, and non-toxic Hausfrau ceramic cookware. Plenty of space to cook or hire a private chef and relax with a cocktail in the spacious dining area and comfortable living room.

Off the main floor through the patio doors there is a patio with seating, leading to a large beautiful tropical oasis yard with fruit trees and beautiful flowers. It’s adjacent to the huge community pool and outdoor kitchen with grills.
