Relax and soak in the stunning Southshore sunsets from all areas of this property. The beautiful front yard and upper balcony are the best seats in the house. The large inviting entrance sets the mood for this uber-spacious 1 bedroom. Newly renovated, it features lovely stainless steal appliances, modern decor and pops of color for fun! This quiet but hilly neighborhood is 5 minutes away from Church Bay and the Port Royal Golf Course and a handful of popular restaurants nearby.
This home is carefully cared for by a concierge team on island. Upon booking we will assist you with vacation planning and the little details if need be. During your vacation, we will be there when you need us and take a step back when you don't.
This quiet neighborhood features beautiful homes with stunning views. Pretty hilly to get to which might be a challenge for the elderly on foot however the perfect place to end the day and call home for the adventure seekers.
Although this home is the lower apartment, the upper unit is unoccupied at this time. You have access to the upper balcony for lounging.
This home is a Crown Point "Clean Home" - Each of our homes follow official international vacation rental guidelines for disinfecting and sanitizing vacation homes.
There is an unoccupied upper level to the home where there is a large balcony where you can overlook the beautiful blues of the Southshore Ocean. The home has been tastefully decorated and features all the amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Linens and towels are provided for your stay. There is a separate, large laundry room featuring a modern larger washing machine and dryer. Some detergent will be provided.
There is one bedroom featuring a queen size bed. The room has a closet and a rack to place your luggage. There is a small Tv in the room for your private entertainment and ample dresser space to make yourself right at home. The open plan common area has enough couch seating that can convert into a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The dining room table along with the bar stools are comfortable for a small gathering with friends vacationing nearby to watch the chef in the group to showoff their skills.
The kitchen features a gas stove, coffee machine, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. Let's not forget about the beautiful kitchen island adding amazing counter space and comfort as you walk about.
There is a main road at the bottom of the long steep hill where you have a choice between two main bus lines. These routes will take you as far west as The Dockyard that has a welath of things to do from museums, shops, dining and entertainment. Local products and pieces of art can also be found in this hub of local vendors. These routes will also take you as far east into The City of Hamilton - Bermuda's business capital. Transfer from the main terminal in the city can take you further to St. George.
You can rent various private vehicles on island from small two-seater cars and scooters. We drive on the left side here in Bermuda so be sure to practice caution at all times when operating and rental vehicle.
There is a large hill to climb to get to the unit. It is manageable but if you have any health issues please consider this before booking.
