We can confidently assure you—and any future guest—that our property is 100% legitimate, operational, and accurately represented online for more than 4 years now. It is part of a three-story residential building called Sueños del Mar at Playa Potrero, Costa Rica, and we have proudly hosted many satisfied guests through major, reputable platforms. 2. We never received a confirmed reservation under your name or account. Had we received your booking, you would have received complete check-in instructions and direct contact information for our on-site property management team, who are always available to assist. 3. We were not involved in any transaction, charges, or reimbursements. 4. Additionally, we have never met you in person, nor were we contacted by you at the time you arrived at what you believed was our property. 5. If you were given an incorrect address or were misled by a third party, we kindly suggest following up with the platform or individual through which you booked to investigate the error. 6. The damage insurance is typically managed directly by the booking platform or their insurance partner. 6. Our home is not a vacant lot, nor have we ever been reported as such. If another property owner at a different location acted rudely toward you it has no connection to our team or listing. We're happy to help investigate any misunderstanding.
