The space features a comfortable queen-size bed with high-quality bedding, a TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, and more platforms, air conditioning (hot/cold), and excellent WiFi connection. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker. The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower, toilet, and bidet. Additionally, the building offers shared laundry facilities with a washer and dryer, a barbecue grill, and a multipurpose room for meetings.

The decoration makes the space special, ensuring guests feel comfortable in a pleasant environment that was carefully designed with their stay in mind.

The hosts will coordinate in advance with the guests the desired check-in and check-out times, prioritizing flexibility to offer what best suits their needs.
