Please be aware that our services include a mandatory exit cleaning fee respective to the room type, to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all our guests.
We take pride in offering a complimentary cleaning service for guests who book an extended stay, which is provided on the ninth day of their visit. For those enjoying shorter stays, we encourage self-sufficiency with the convenience of an in-unit washing machine, as our accommodations are self-catering. Should you require housekeeping services during your short-term visit, we are pleased to offer this at an additional cost.
• This is a no smoking unit
• To maintain the privacy and security of our space, we kindly inform guests that visitors are not permitted.
• NB: Drying laundry on the windows or balcony is not allowed at this property, should you ignore this law, you will be fined R1000.00 by the property manager.
• Our unit does not have a backup power source during load shedding events.
• We're remote hosts, and our team is available to assist you via phone calls and messaging between 8am-10pm daily,
• We share our beautiful surroundings monkeys. Kindly keep windows and balcony doors closed when not in the unit or when unattended in specific rooms to ensure a harmonious coexistence with our natural neighbor's.
• Note: On-site assistance may incur a 1-hour wait and in a case of lost keys, a call-out fee is applicable.

While we offer additional cleaning services at an extra cost for extended stays or shorter bookings, we encourage self-sufficiency with the convenience of an in-unit washing machine, as our accommodations are self-catering.
We do however, offer one complementary clean for bookings longer than 14 nights and two complementary cleans for 30 days bookings/month to month bookings. Our housekeeping team does not work on Sundays and on holidays.
