This modern villa in cycladic style is situated close to the sea, distance 150 m, with phantasmic view from Verandas and windows, near the route Adamas Pollonia. It's interior is on 4 levels in a modern loft style. ( though needs attention for small children) The villa is most comfortable equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, 4 bedrooms with orthopaedic mattresses. It is ideal for 4 to 8 persons, who wish to have space and privacy also during their relaxing holiday. 2 verandas, big kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, very big living space with additional sleeping opportunities. Parking space and garden, big property. Villa built on hill, large open inside space with 5 levels, many stairs and steps (careful with small children!). Walking distance to small beaches. The house is situated on the main road Adamas Pollonia 1,5 km distance to the small fishing village Pollonia with long shady beaches and many tavernas. It overlooks the historical Area of the ancient town Fylakopi (British Museum) and the house is said to be built on the spot of an ancient palace!
Distance to main harbour 6 km to airport 7 km.
Easy access from main road.

A stay to remember

We so enjoyed staying at Yvonne’s house - which is perfectly situated in Milos. Close enough to everything but secluded and private. We can’t wait to plan our next visit.

Dreamy Grecian Getaway

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fylakopi Seaview Villa. The accommodations were clean and attractive, the location close to Pollonia and beaches is perfect. Our hostess Yvonne was very gracious and helpful with all of our questions and gave us great suggestions for restaurants and shopping. We loved every minute! Highly recommend and hope we can return one day.

We had a wonderful time in milos. Yvonne even bought us beach chairs. Very close to palonia. Farther from beaches. House was beautiful with plenty of space.

Great house close to everything

Wonderful house. Plenty of space and privacy for 8 adults. Great location. Minutes to Pollonia, and papa fragas, 15 min to everywhere else on the island. House had everything we needed. Fantastic views of the sea and great patio to watch the sunset. I one was a wonderful host, very communicative, always checking in to make sure we had what we needed.

Perfect Family Holiday Spot!

We loved our time at Yvonne's place! Well situated on the island and not far from both Pollonia and Adamantas, the view is stunning, the house comfortable and relaxed - so well suited for our multi-generational family! From the warm welcome to the excellent recommendations, our host made herself available to us as needed while being respectful of our privacy. Our visit was just what we needed as an extended family to bond and create memories. We will be back for sure!!!

A beautiful, charming villa in Milos

We all loved this villa. It was large enough to accomodate our family of seven adults. It was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The views from the terrace were stunning, the perfect spot for an evening cocktail while watching the sunset. It is well situated, just a short drive from pollonia. Yvonne, the owner was lovely, communicated everything we needed to know and checked in throughout our stay. We were all so sad to leave and would come back in a hearbeat.

Even better than the listing!

Our group had such a wonderful time in Milos thanks to Yvonne. We all thought the house was even better than the listing! It was clean, well-located, and spacious. It was private but an easy drive to anywhere on the island, especially Pollonia. We took the ferry from Athens and rented a car which made access to Yvonne's home very easy. There plenty of towels, cooking supplies, and everything we could need for a comfortable stay. Thank you! We hope to come back soon :)

Not recommended Milos house

+ : Beautiful view and house nicely decorated - : cockroaches roaming around the house, fur cat, bad smell in the groundfloor bathroom, need a car to go to beaches

Very sorry, we had accomodated 9 persons, without surcharge. 6 adults and 3 babies. We keep the house very clean -every year professionally cleaned- and we were disappointed to find the house after the guests departure full of disposal, 2 big sacks full of baby diapers and destroyed linen.The guests also took all the keys with them and left them finally in a tourist agency after we had to call the police. Unfortunately a bad experience but fortunately the only one we had!

Marietta and Yvonne were both so easy to work with and extremely helpful throughout our stay. This truly felt like we were living like locals on the island-albeit UPSCALE locals! The views from this home are incredible. The listing is very accurate, we felt fully informed. Two tips: definitely rent a car on Milos. Makes things much more enjoyable. And two, bring your fearlessness for driving in Milos! Narrow roads and blind curves. The driveway at the house is also an adventure. The Breezes through the house were so fantastic we never needed the AC. And when you come to Milos, be prepared for cats everywhere. A few even like to hang around the house. Friendly and no bother.

Milos SeaView June 2024

Our family enjoyed 4 incredible nights in Milos at this beautiful home. Our family of 3 adults and 3 teens had more than ample space between the 4 bedrooms and two showers. Well appointed with all the things we needed including a great washer and many towels. The location was private enough to enjoy stargazing and less than 1 km (5 minutes drive) from Pollonia making it easy to get groceries and connect with a travel agent to make our plans to fish and swim at Poliagos and Kleftiko. We were very close to the Fjord, Papafragas, and some beautiful beaches for swimming. Yvonne was very kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and the beautiful art she painted that decorates her home. We rented a car which made it easy to explore the island. We hope to return someday. May you also enjoy this home with a breathtaking view.

Great time in Milos

The house location is very convenient to Pollonia, which has a nice beach with some shades, restaurant options and market. We had a title of 5 people in our family, from grandparents in their 80-80’s and our teenager son. We had a rental car and could easily get to all the other locations on the island from the house. It was nice to have the full kitchen and space to spread out. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor patio space which allowed for relaxing breakfast and dinners when we didn’t want to go out. There are some beach near walking distance, but we didn’t have time to check those out as we wanted to hit all the highlights of the island. Milos has a nice variety of tourist visit spots. The owner was extremely helpful. She was very patient as we missed the ferry and was very late on arrival. She gave us all the privacy on property but was very quick to respond to our questions about getting around the island and tips for grocery and beach, etc. We highly recommend this property and the owner to anyone looking for a place to stay on Milos.

Très belle expérience !

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cette très grande et agréable maison. Très bon accueil d'Yvonne qui est à l'écoute de ses voyageurs. Mention spéciale pour le coucher de soleil que l'on peu admirer tous les soirs sans se lasser depuis la terrasse.

Semplicità e funzionalità con gli occhi puntati sull’Egeo

Splendida vacanza nella bella Milos in questa casa molto confortevole rispetto agli standard cicladici (cucina ampia e molto attrezzata e bagni funzionali)con splendida vista sul tramonto nell’EGEO. Si respira un’aria di casa propria, e non di casa vacanza, chE non dispiace. Lo spazio esterno è più sacrificato rispetto alla fruibilità degli ampi spazi interni, Yvonne ce ne ha spiegato la ragione, ma nulla toglie alla bellezza e magia dello scenario in cui si colloca. Un po’ difficoltoso il checkin per la difficoltà ad individuare la casa, forse opportuno pensare anche un contatto telefonico prima dell’arrivo. Unico neo la vicinanza alla strada, nei. Mesi di alta stagione molto trafficata. Consigliata per un gruppo fino a 8 persone.

Up on a breezy point!

When traveling we love a spot that is off the beaten path but still close to everything. This was a perfect spot for our stay on Milos. We had a good sized group join us but there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out as well as come and go as they pleased. The place was clean and had plenty of breeze when all the windows were opened up. We had rented a car but this place is a quick taxi ride away from any part of the small towns on Milos. The host was pretty fantastic too with reccomendations. I would definitely rent again!

Great view! Great villa in Milos!

The villa is very comfortable for 6 person, but can accomodate more people. With the extra room provided you can stay in 8 without using any of the common area as a sleeping area. We loved the terrace, the common area and the fact that each room is well separated from the others. 2 of them are with in room bathroom. 3 out of 4 have a great view! The only and main cons is the noise from the road, but it's manageable. Yvonne and Marietta are very helpfull in providing info and support to visit the island. They check how you feel and if everything is ok: you feel very well treated! They live nearby but they give you the maximum privacy.

Very comfortable villa with beautiful views

This villa with allot of space, practically equipped and with stunning views was exactly what we (3 adults) had been looking for for our holiday on Milos. The owner was very nice and helpful and really everything was perfect. Important to know: you really need a car to go for swimming and discover the islands beaches!

Estuvimos muy a gusto. Eramos 2 personas en una casa de 3 habitaciones y 3 baños. La cercanía de la carretera y el tráfico no nos dejaron dormir bien pero las cenas disfrutando de la puesta de sol fueron estupendas, aunque tuvimos que vigilar a los gatos (uno de ellos nos robó el queso). Los accesos a la propiedad no están urbanizados y la entrada desde la carretera es estrecha. Los dueños fueron muy amables y nos regalaron productos de su huerta.

The villa was built 2002 near the archaeolgical site Fylakopi, it is a region overlooking the bay of the ancient city, of which big parts are today under the sea. Imagine to live on a place where 7000 years ago an important city was located, from where trade was conducted with Egypt exporting the valuable stone obsidian. Due to changes in legislation for this archaeological region, no more building activities allowed. This gives us the advantage of unspoilt view to the sea and landscape at this unique location.

A few walking minutes from home, you find the archaeological site Phylakopi, the roots of which go back to the 7000 BC .
British museum also holds findings in an extra room from Phylakopi, one the most important cities of ancient times.
